Hmm the first thing that comes in mind is The Butterfly effect. But maybe thats not the rule you are thinking of :P

If your refering to written or spoked rules then It ould be one of my favorite movies Fight Club, Someting like you dont speak about fight club and second rule you dont speak about fight club.. Thats pretty equal ^^
