Rather than Goblintown this would be a perfect evening to visit Winterhome and throw some snowballs at each other. We can get there by special stable masters at Bree, Thorin's Hall, Celondim and Michel Delving. Cotumo says it's a fine festival and all our members, no matter what level, can get together therel.

Turwyn is tired and resting on the couch - not likely to be on this evening. Pardons.

No problem. Gloros got his crimson Gorthorog horn in CD with the trio Cotumo, Issel and Oldtusk. Much fun had by all.

Kio & Turwyn are taking Tobelyn to the Circus tonight! (Her first)
We're unsure if we will be back in time to play with Anarrima this evening.

Friday night plans:

Grand Stair ?

Class quests? Harb still has his alien quest to beat, and Corulach has been mentioning Carn Dum,

Vol II, Moria epics
especially 6 - Treasury

any opinions? comments?

Hey folks!
The organized Anarrima night is dropping back to just one night per week.

Tuesday nights, 9-12 EST

The focus for each Anarrima session is the epic Books and fellowship quests that can't be soloed, accompanied by light roleplay & voice.

As always, everyone's "regular" Anarrima characters are free to play and adventure on their own any time, and are not restricted to special sessions.

I'm curious as to what prompted this sudden change. Was something said or done that made you and Turwyn feel the need to withdraw from playing more ad hoc in the fellowship? I would like to know why there is a sudden (to me, at least) emphasis on epic books?
I also thought that we were more inclined to discussion, especially about things as important as playing dates.
I have always looked forward with real pleasure to our Anarrima nights so I am not feeling great about this sudden shift.

I see more emphasis on doing group quests. It's a valuable thing to do. Solo quests can be done anytime but group quests require... well, a group! :D

We may want to rethink the day we quest, Harb really looks forward to Friday questing. Let's talk about it.

It is not a decision of the kinship as to when and whom I play.

Thank you for your feedback Makalaure (I'm very sorry to hear about the emergancy surgery!)

I had hoped that either Kio or Turwyn or both of them would respond to my questions. A fiat like this is hard for me to understand. As you probably can infer from Harbspeare's response it has a potential for being upsetting, as well.

What have I missed: the fact that the kin would like to be roleplaying more? Or that roleplay is more appropriate on Friday evenings?

I'm not upset, just thinking throttling back Kio's constant high leveling raiding to one night a week might help the criticism stop. Maybe even help the roleplay a little.

What would we all like to focus on this Friday?

Grand Stairs a few times? Help with books? Some instance folks need?

I hope Makalaure or Cotumo will be able to help on Friday. Since my wife got out of the hospital it's been hard having the time to dedicate to the game due to her immediate needs. She is getting stronger and not so out of it now so by Friday things might be good for me.

Grand Stairs would be fun.

Apologies for missing last night. We knew Harb would be looking to play too, hope he found a few of you others for some fun after a tough day.

Our business meeting of the local wineries was supposed to be over by 8. Didn't get home till after midnight...

Once I return (I'm taking a GRE class for the next few weeks an it's pretty intense), I'm going to really work on boosting Cirthalon so he can sometimes join and actually be useful. I know I've come along with you all in the past, but I've done more to attract the attention of powerful beasts rather than help defeating them :)

You will always be most welcome Cirthalon!

We miss you guys! Turwyn and I are currently very busy with finishing up pruning the vines. The long hours will end in a few more days, and things will actually be better than ever. But please be patient with us.

Hope to be on Friday night for Anarrima, but no promises.
