Welcome to the thread dedicated to actresses Heather Morris and Naya Rivera, who play queer cheerleaders Brittany and Santana on Glee. This thread is for fans of their beauty, their work, their friendship, and their general awesomeness. Please read this post fully, as it outlines the basic rules of the thread and will give you an idea of how things work.  x  Please note that this is a lesbian board, though we absolutely welcome people of all genders and sexualities and try and maintain an open environment that is accepting and respectful of everyone. However as part of L Chat, the thread is predominantly lesbian-oriented. If that's not your bag, perhaps a place like Gleeforum or IMDb would be a better alternative. For discussion that would be considered off-topic in the main thread, please go to the Heya thread in the Members Lounge or the general Glee thread. There you can talk about pretty much anything, while we keep this thread focused on Heather and Naya. The Rules The following is a list of what would be considered "on-topic:" 1. Heather/Naya interaction 2. Separate things relating solely to each girl (their individual tweets, pap pics, their projects outside of Glee, etc) 3. Glee, as it relates to them or their characters 4. Discussion of evidence of other relationships is allowed, as long as it comes from a reliable source and preferably only when there is photographic evidence. 5. Discussion of other friendships is allowed as long as it is in moderation and doesn't go into "shipping" territory. Take discussion of other ships to the members thread. 6. Discussion of non-famous people is allowed if there is a legitimate source and the conversation is kept clean and respectful. Please keep speculation about their lives to a minimum, and be polite in your commentary. Dos and Don'ts There are some things that you should keep in mind when posting in this thread that help make the place better for everyone. 1. Don't post your opinion as fact. 2. Read the thread before posting. 3. Do not reply to your own post/don't quote your own post/don't post a gazillion times in a row to try and move a slow thread along. 4. Do not label someone a troll just because you do not agree with their opinion. 5. Always try and quote your source. 6. Do not post download links, or links to pages where you can download songs/episodes of the show, it's against TOS. 7. Make sure spoilers are put under spoiler tags ( [*spoiler] [/spoiler] minus the *) 8. Do not re-re-re-re-quote posts with a lot of pics/gifs. 9. You can post anything from anyone's public account if it potentially has anything to do with Glee, the girls, anything to do with their relationship(s) or anything that may affect their relationship(s). 10. Public tweets and tumblrs may also be shared, but tell us where you found them so that we know their source. 11. Do not reply to trolls and shit-stirrers. If you're a registered member, report the post and move on. If you're not a registered member and can't report, ignore it and move on. Do not quote the post, as it just feeds the troll and makes it harder to clean up the mess. 12. Do not vent your rage about other actors or public figures. This is not the place to trash other members of the Glee cast. 13. Please put discussions that might offend others under a spoiler cut, e.g. discussion of girl!peen and other kinks. The boys in the girls' lives: 1. CURRENT relationships are obviously fair game within reason and limits of the thread. Remember this is a lesbian board, harping on about the boyfriends will probably get you banned so think careful before you bring them up. 2. When a relationship ENDS in either of the girl's lives, then it is also time for the thread to move on from that relationship. 3. If anything new comes up regarding a past relationship, for example reconciliation or anything that relates to either girls lives, or the source is credible, it can be brought up. But if you are bringing up old things those need to stay in the past, since every detail about said relationship would have already been analyzed to death in the thread. 4. Obviously you can mention EXES' names as a reference point. We aren't going to ban you for saying "remember what banging shoes Heather had on when she was papped with the dude." 5. We know reality exists, but all of reality does not have to exist in this thread. Bring legitimate information regarding relationships when something big happens. Leave the everyday twitter sightings and gossip rag blurbs for other boards. Things that can get you banned 1. Homosexual insults. 2. Peen trolling which includes amongst other things: - Trying to ship Heather/Naya with other guys. - Posting pictures of guys where there is either no Heather or Naya - Talking about a guy's life or career when it does not involve either Heather/Naya. 3. Shit stirring/flamebaiting 4. Replying to your own posts 5. Harping on about the girls being straight 6. Harping on about the girls boyfriends 7. Starting or participating in stan wars because you think this is the Heather vs. Naya thread 8. Persistently bringing up people who are irrelevant to this thread. 10. Persistent off topic conversations 11. Persistent posting of information which is not considered credible or relevant to the thread. Info & blind items from some obscure/random website, is NOT considered credible. 12. Posting direct download links, or links to pages where you can download songs/episodes of the show or any other copyrighted material. 13. Pornography, nudity, or sexual material of any kind is prohibited. 14. Quoting trolls and/or responding to them and quoting posts with content that is against the rules 15. Bashing or attacking registered members and anons. Discuss things respectfully and don't attack a person for having a different opinion. These rules may be updated at any time.   x |
