5. Force weather conditions. It seems that the comments left by developers are deprecated. Here's an updated list of all weather conditions
Find FORCED_OFFLINE_WEATHER = 0 and replace 0 with one of the following:
0 = sunny with a clear sky
1 = sunny with a few clouds
2 = rainny without FX (thunder & lightning)
3 = storm clouds
4 = after rain (wet roads)
5 = rain with thunder and lightning

I replaced 0 to 2 but there's no change, there's some other problem because if it was set on 0 that means that in game must be always sunny but it's not true
So how we would set weather in Offline mode ?

Hope you will help[/s]

I've Solved it :) Just removed "//"-s

Do you know how to change time for offline ? it always starts same time

Fish swim, I fly

Maybe this doesn't work with the latest patch? Or maybe the numbers have changed?

I haven't played this game in ages...

Ok, glad you got it working.

No idea about the time. It always started at the same time in offline mode, right?

Seeing as online day/night is based on Atari's own settings on the server making it equal all over, for offline you would have a day/night cycle that will pause once you exit the game and resume it when you enter.

It's been too long since I've played this game, but I do remember having the same problem. Try re-installing or re-setting (if the option is available) and it should fix the D/N cycles.
