In Max: select the object(s) and press the scale button (hover the toolbar buttons to see what they do), then just use the arrows of the object. See, when hovering over those arrows (which you use for moving and else, too) different diagonal areas light up. Play with it to learn which area scales in what direction, when all three inner areas light up in perspective view, all directions (XYZ) will be scaled. 2] next, tab over to your modifier panel, then right click in your sub-object window and select convert to + editable poly - select all of the exterior polys and delete them< how to delete ? witch button/option ? |

so.. your keyboard doesn't have a Delete key then? o.0 wtf? anyway, top of UI, edit+delete -or- simply press the delete button in your modifier CP -or- right click in a viewport and select delete - there, I just gave you four ways to do it jesus.. if this is what we gotta go thru just to delete something, I think you should uninstall IMMEDIATELY |

dunno..its in his language on a french azerty you usually have SUPPR that commes from SUPPRIMER meaning DELETE italian ones have CANC that comes from CANCELARE meaning DELETE also... so yeah, he must hit SUPR to delete the wanted polys Edited by king_george, Feb 4 2010, 01:43:01 PM.

yes, i'll definitelly uninstall it if i cant make something in these days, but look man, how i select the polies, because y select the "select" option from the tools and i select the complete tube, but when i put supr/delete it deletes the complete tube x| |

like I said, look at step #2's image.. does it match yours? NO see that text in that big white window that reads "+Editable Poly"? click on the plus sign and highlight POLYGON uninstall please xD |

but i dont know how to select it, it's the first day on mac what more kot wants from me ? it's difficult for me dude, my pc still be crap, and when i select the outer side it automatically deletes all, why not somebody show a vid about what i have to do, because kot's tut are amazing, al details needed are there, but in his pc dont happen the same that in mine one. i'm not an espert, i'm a foo trying to learn. kot, dont shot yourself, shot me please |
