WRITTEN SUMMARY:

1st off, to be fair, I felt I had to give an additional 2 points per material setting because of the mapping invloved ~ that being said.. oh boi, where do I start lol ~ ok, I'll start with, I really appreciate Nori actually handing in this project and taking part in this competition, thank you Nori ..and many thanks to Adonis for lending us his fine creations! ~ hmm, next I'll say, the carbon fiber reflects like chrome with my ENB settings (and yall know me, if it don't look good, I won't even fuck with it (meaning ENB settings)) ~ I personally think the under boot and bonnet should have been carbon fiber, the yellow seriously damages (figuratively) and takes away from the overall somethingness that is this mod - the mirrors are kinda cool tho, a well acheived illusion

most everything damages properly and it has good COL detection and bullet registry.. the only part I could not get to register bullets is the spoiler and the main lower carbon 'skirts' ~ the material settings leave a LOT to be desired, as they should look great with ENB on or off, regardless of settings (unless of course the ENB settings are complete garbage) ~ I couldn't find any extras despite the fact that there are 3 active extra flags in the ide line (correct me if I'm wrong) ~ I also believe it to be a bit large in scale.. imo, if it had been scaled better, I think Niko would have been situated correctly in the drivers seat, and his hands would have reached the steering wheel.. she needs a LOT of work before I would consider a release, but all in all, for the most part, they're simple fixes.. with a day or two of additional work, she'd come out shining

mismatched carbon mapping, especially in the door sill area
pside caliper mapping is mirrored incorrectly

bonus = uhh.. +5 for the under bonnet, it looks awesome

WRITTEN SUMMARY:

again, I felt the need to up the material scores because of the mapping involved, but agree with Spy in the scratch work scores gettn put aside for this comp ~ so with that in mind, let's go >>>> it's not like we were rushing these kats to turn these in.. so I wish Prae would have taken the extra half an hour to fix all the verts before handing it over, it would have made a HUGE difference imo ~ there's excessive use of of bump maps where there needn't be (rotors for example).. but overall, the material settings are pleasing to the eye.. even the seemingly unmapped engine looks good under ENB's influence ~ the under bonnet looks great and I commend Prae in remembering to double up the grill mesh on both the bonnet and boot

I didn't find any significant problems with the COL detection and bullet registry, but the roof doesn't want to take bullets, and it's overwhelmingly reflective ~ being a RHD, Niko getting in and out didn't pose a problem either, given the only ide value forwarded with the file was the seat offset lol ~ the lack of carcols (only 1) leaves me going ..eh? and some of the carbon's dirt mapping is fucked off ..but overall, this whip has the potential to be bad as shit.. and being that Outz handling line is pretty much off the got damnd chain, I'd have to recommend Prae ask him for it and use it ~ uh.. what else, idk, I don't have much bad to say about it ~ all in all, she's pretty sexi and I hope Prae takes the time to finish her up and remap some of the carbon so he can do Adonis a little bit of justice in seeing one of his babies in game and shining like it should.. so far so good Prae, keep at it bro

I don't want to be a prick, or discredit what you said, but I don't think you should judge mods using ENB. Some of the people has 1.0.7.0 with a different ENB (and != Settings), or don't have ENB at all (which was my case). You should judge a mod by IV native settings. Plus, EPM doesn't give any extra points, so why would ENB diminuish them? (Both extras on the game! And I'm not saying you pick points out because of it...)

no worries, you can't discredit me bro, I've got too much experience, therefore, it's simply not possible :lol:

and actually, if you had read the whole thing, you would have read where I stated (and have always had the firm opinion), that the material settings should be optimized for both a native IV and ENB driven IV - and in fact, Nori's first image is taken without ENB (as it says next to the picture)

so no, judging solely on a native IV's look would be incomplete because a GRIP of kats use ENB (more than likely, more kats use ENB than dont), and that being the case, both scenarios need to be accounted for, and there's simply no other way to look at it

Here are some pics i made on the updates thanks Kot it looks much better with carbon underparts, and also improved dirtmap and things no one noticed forza 4 suspension, also i forgot to show you guys the pedals, decreased the spec on the carbon mesh but didn't work, i will put it on 39 and check again

the specular highlight is for viewport rendering only *echo echo*, it serves no IG purpose..

which shader are you using on it, are the layers correct, and what color is the spec map?

shyt, look s fine and it's a darker spec map so it should in no way be that reflective (is like that in Nm's screens to) ..idk bro, either you sent us the wrong file, or something's screwed up in that material (btw, stop using other kats textures and get your own) - that carbon texture isn't in your wtd is it?

@Kotton, the carbon texture is the original from the game, and the spec texture is named sesto_spec because Spy told me he used a dark grey, and i that was the first name that popped in my head.

this is a 256x256 same texture, i forgot to put the smaller one(there were gonna be tiny and normal carbon versions)

I know it's the 1 from the game, which is why I asked because being that it's already in the vehshare wtd, it shouldn't be in yours to.. that's only making your wtd heavier with unnecessary maps.. and it just might be confusing IV since IV is so easily confused lol
