I have a Italian Strip on the spoiler and blue stripe that separates the blue carbon Fiber to black carbon fiber :yawn:

If we really once do a "same canvas for everyone" painting ("add a little happy tree there..") .. wait - erm - converting contest, and I am pretty positive about this would be a fun contest as well, we need really ONE car as ONE source. No other parts allowed, no other models allowed. Only to see and compare in real how good everyone is.

(only scratch work allowed on top of existing mesh or some)

@Xm10 and Rx - what you kats should do is create a template first then do a carbon/stripe paint job - you'll need to cut the carbon to fit where the mesh separates (as Outz has done several times with his vinyls), but that's the only real way you can do both fiber and stripes ..unless of course you model planes where the stripes would be :rollseyes: :lol:

I will texture interior and engine and re uv map the whole carbon part tomorrow and start with scratch working on trunk and hood, after that some finishing details and converting, Hmm i might make it before the deadline sill test with temporary texture

If I know Adonis models, stripes already modeled on the body. You have the tricolore ain't you X?
Unless he already changed the bodyshell, when I worked in it, it already had stripes cutted on the mesh. The three colors. You just need to detach em and give em a (for exemple) red material and there you go!
You don't need to model anything on adonis models :good:

Oh...
About the double side thing, just copy the bonnet, select all the faces, flip em, apply a texture (carbon i think) and attach it to the other one :)

Rapid: you could use a double body. one with carbon paintjob or texture, another one with stripes and alpha. Smokey used that on the Murcielago SV, thats why the writings were paintable on the body and on another paintjob/carcolor.

In the first image, it's noticeable that there's a badge which has a messed up mapping. I can't seem to find any close up pic of it IRL, anyone else did?

Some Ups from me. Reworked the wheels, created a a new texture (which I tried to bake), and create a template as well for paintable parts.

really? the entire roofline has been changed (the entire roof is glass now, with the underlying "ribs" underneath it, and the speaker/rool-bar area has been modified now) just double check :/
