img manager? why would you need it?
get IMG tool or aici's IMG editor for SA
and spark IV or openIV to open IV IMGs.

:seek: .I did googled it and found this from gtaforums:
"As far as the 64-bit issue... it uses the CLR? Firstly, you should get the 32-bit C++ redistributables, not the 64-bit version. Secondly - and this is the trick! - open a Command Prompt (as Administrator if on Vista/Win7).

Then, type the following command:

CODE

%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\ldr64.exe setwow

@xmen: to fix this issue with P/Invoke and such, recompile your assembly in 'x86' mode, not as 'any CPU' "

I had this problem too but 5-6 months ago when I was playing SA and I sent an E-mail to the author of the IMG Manager and got almost the same answer and SURPRISE:It worked!!
:D;

That's what I thought.
I recommend doing this:
First download and install this:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=a5c84275-3b97-4ab7-a40d-3802b2af5fc2&displaylang=en
Then open CMD (or Command Prompt) and type or copy-paste this:
Code:

%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\ldr64.exe setwow

Hit Enter and now it should work.
Hope it works.

"I have a Doubt"

Nice Topic Title. A Philosophical Title. If you have a doubt, it's that you're not sure of what you are thinking. And why have you a doubt? What causes the "doubt"? The way you think! Thinking is living, it's the essence of existence! Just change the way you think and your doubt will disappear. But will it disappear from you head or will it be there, hidden in the very back of your mind? We don't know! We have a doubt! And Why have we a doubt? Because the way we are thinking is Wrong! I think, so I exist! Then, if we think wrong, do our existence a fail? Maybe! So, we have a doubt again...
