They're separate. Its like GTA but there not stored in the model, they do have their own formats but apparently the problem is noone can convert them into a editable or usable file. (Assuming I'm right idk if I am). |

try and see if the mapping is ok , there isn't any problem from the lost materials bcuz every object is mapped only with a single material @W hope you'll get that ingame faster than the CTS

You can have the X5,Xsb,I will only convert it to SA,atm not jumping to IV lol,and btw where did u find the Panamera,wasn't on my Limited edition dvd,and will take the CTSV from Forza,no reason to continue mine,also I'm not saying textures can't be ripped,I just didn't try yet.

Kot sent it. If you want, you could convert it to SA later on. @Vlady: well.. I'd like to request many things I'd list them into order of importance:0. (most important :D) Maserati GranTurismo '08 1. Bentley Continental GT 2. Bentley Continental (4-door) 3. BMW Z4 2011 4. Porsche Cayenne 5. Audi Q7 6. X5 7. Aston Martin Rapide 8. Caddilac CTS-V these would be all. Many of them I couldn't finish in time, so please, send the Maserati, and the rest.. it's up to you, I'd be glad to have them tho. Raw ZIP files are completely OK, I don't need anything else (besdies rim textures) hope u wont get angry because of the list

@Wired, we all get perfect models and perfect smoothing upon Max import.. it's when we convert to editable poly, or do something as simple as detach the door from the bodyshell that fucks off the mesh.. and unfortunately, I didn't get a good answer from Hax about DLC, you'll need wxPirs 1.1 to extract the contents |

k, will try right now.. altho the deformation seen in Threep's images seems to be because of the high poly count and nothing else edit- results; the mesh in Zm1 looks better than the original in Max ffs.. and the visible damage is minimally seen in Zm2 (best I've seen yet), but it's back to poo poo in Max |

nah man, that's what breaks all the verts- I guess there's only 2 choices then, it's lod1 or model in Zm - cuz I just tried the Max>3ds>Zm1>VC.dff and that also carries the same flaws when re-imported to Max - so I'm thinkn I'll try that method on a lod1 and see ![]() Threep was on it this morning tho- according to Hax (and already stated by Ernegien), the cause is the lack of smoothing data which Ernegien is unable to read or is unavailable to read.. therefore the smoothing data is forced into the verts and not groups, when you break the model apart or change it's format, that smoothing data per vertex is lost/recalculated and results in what we've seen |

seems you're right about the lod1 (got damn low poly NFS sheet! xD) here's my lod1 Max>3ds>Zm1>VCdff>Max attempt and here's the same in Zm2 edit- altho I just tried it on the lod1 599xx with it's HQ interior, and I did get some significant flaws in return (tho seemingly repairable).. but I think I'm pretty much done with it, lod1 sacrifices too many details, the undercarriage, the wipers, the hood pins, lights, grills, everything lod1 is blah and seems out of place compared to the HQ interior (to me) |

the carname_year.carbin contains the lod1 thru lod5 meshes carname_year_lod0.carbin contains the lod0 mesh and the carname_cockpit.carbin is.. well, self explanatory lol on a side note; Tool just posted @Xentax saying that Oleg is creating an .obj importer |
