Abandoned.

Yes, she has been abandoned most her life by both her dam and sire, her sire being Thane and her dam being Areli. Thane was a well known dark stallion and Areli was just another rogue passing by it seemed. You could say Cheyanne had some pretty powerful genes, and she did feel quite powerful, in her own mind but probably not in the world of Kormada, she had many to compete up against. Cheyanne was ready to find her sire, she already knew what happened to her dam and the death of dam didn’t seem to fuss the young overo mare. Anger, grew throughout her body, she had much anger towards the both of them. More so the fact that her sire wasn’t there to protect the both of them like a “lead stallion” should. Snorting in frustration as the mare did, she grew quite annoyed with this thought.

Spring, it was about, too colourful and vibrant for the young mare, she preferred it to be cold and dark, just like most of her personality. The grey mare, was of the dark alliance, she chose to be this alliance since she didn’t want to take after her mother, being a rogue and all, failing at life, miserably. Bits of bright coloured leaves would lie about on the ground, they would often flail down from the trees and get stomped on or made for nests by animals. The weather was warm, not too warm though and it was sunny, where in the sun, Cheyanne’s grey almost white pelt colour would burn, so she would have to be careful.

The grey, heavy built mare came across this land, she looked into the far distance with her dark coloured hazel eyes and saw a lake, it seemed dead. She saw signs of an active stallion with his herd was living here, but nevertheless, Cheyanne was confident enough to intrude upon him for a short while, maybe be a friend or an alliance? Maybe he might have a connection to her sire. The young mare was walking at a confident yet cautious walk, she would often look at spots of this land, looking in disgust, this stallion didn’t really care, did he? She thought to herself.

Stopping to a halt, beside a half dead tree, she waited for someone to approach her, hoping it would be the lead stallion of this place, she wasn’t up for putting up with whinging little mares.
