The unseen animal's emotions bristled with irked irritation, tinging her consciousness with flame before it ever erupted about her body. He hissed impatiently, again filling her mind with the tremor-ing violence of it all. She shook down to her hooves, though this time she did not spook as before. It was nice to have sound reverberating through her body in the sense it was meant to be. The Being hissed violently that she knew its name, and she couldn't help but to allow confusion across her features in the brief moments before he decided to punish her for it.

Flame sprung from the beast's mouth, the hot rush of it flushing against her face and roaring around her with a sound she could not hear. She felt the heat, the burning, and she reared suddenly to try and get away. It was all around her, and being blind for all her life as well as deaf had taught her not to simply dart about in hopes of escape. She stood where she was, her roan pelt becoming singed as she screamed in terror, forelegs reaching for the sky and hindquarters bucking wildly in place to try and keep the flames away from her. She could feel sickly wounds creeping up her legs, the flesh burning away and the icy trickle of blood which was soon burned away by more heat. She screamed for what seemed to be eternity, a blood-curdling and heart wrenching sound she felt sure Cadmus would faint if he heard. As quickly, though, as it had come on it was gone again. Najla slowed, her legs on fire despite the absence of flame. Her head hung low, unseeing eyes lifeless amidst a now unevenly singed mane. She quivered in pain, tears beginning to leak freely down her cheeks. Lying down would be absurd and even more painful, but she did not come here to be tortured; however, she had been expecting it.

Her sightless and tear-filled eyes lifted towards the beast as vehemence built rapidly in her veins. She hoped he could sense the white hot anger which radiated from her, but for the time being she kept her maw shut; she would wait until after she'd spoken her purpose before laying it to him clean. None had told her his name, had not found it important she supposed, and the walls which surrounded the beast's mind were surely far more impenetrable than her own. How could she possibly seek to find his name much less his purpose if he had not spoken them to her as of yet? Speak wisely he says?! She snorted, not minding a bit of contempt cutting through her self discipline. A look of hatred flitted into her typically calm features, but she took deep breaths to calm herself before continuing. She sighed, her tears still streaming and legs still trembling. "I come on behalf of my planet. The equines which surround me, despite their abilities of sight and sound, cannot sense what happens around them. The planet is hotter than ever before, the earth trembles and the various species nest wildly for what we cannot see. None of my supposedly more able comrades seem to have noticed. The stench of equine is scarce here; none have sought you for what I am now. Do you know what is happening?" she asked earnestly of him. She doubted the monster would give a flying crab about what was happening, but he stood as the only being who could possibly help them. Firstly she had to find out why; then, she could find out how.
