* The North American Union, Australia and Mexico, all major Arms producers in the Allied States, begin sending large quantities of supplies to South Africa to modernize their forces, and to become a regional superpower. * *The South African Nation also becomes a major recipient of economic aid to boost their economy, increase their infrastructure and to provide new opportunities to put a restless population to work. A large amount of new factories, also enter production. * *With it's new found resources, South Africa begins to rapidly expand and modernize and thanks to increased economic opportunity, crime rates begin to fall. * * Meanwhile, the South African Defence Force is transformed into a highly disciplined modern fighting force. * _________________________________ * As part of a new strategic strategy, President Petraeus begins open talks with the Kenyan government on development and aid packages to fight rising AIDs, HIV deaths and to provide new economic opportunities for a massive and young population in need of work. * _________________________________ * In Europe, President Petraeus announces a total end of funding and support for the governments of Germany and Spain in light of their total uselessness and inaction in taking any stand at all against the forces of Populism. * * American forces stationed in Germany and Spain are recalled home in light of the change in policy. * * President Petraeus states that the support both states once had, can be re-earned if a drastic change to Spanish and German policies in regards to expanding their alliance against Populism is made. * * Defence agreements with Germany and Spain and the Allied States are maintained however. * _________________________________ * Meanwhile, in the Horn of Africa, Operation Mountain Run is launched. * * The Allied Expeditionary Force, supported by the North American Marine Corps, launches a full scale amphibious and air assault via Black Hawk helicopters and Armoured Hovercraft transport. * ![]() 1 - 3 = The Allied Expeditionary Force takes heavy casualties in their attempt to secure a beachhead as large numbers of African militia storm the coasts and bog down many units. Heavy fighting rages across Somaliland, the sight of the Allied landing while Mogadishu is locked in a pitched battle against the North American Marine Corps, devastating the city and resulting in the deaths of much of its population. Heavy casualties on all sides. Beachheads unsecured. 4 - 6 = The Allied Expeditionary Forces takes heavy casualties in their attempt to secure a beachhead, but manage to drive off enough local militia to safely begun ferrying in supplies and reinforcements in preparation for an expanded push outwards. While heavy fighting continues in Somaliland, the Marine force has had better success in Mogadishu where much of the city, already leveled by air bombardments, is secured by the Marines. Heavy casualties, including civilian, are incurred for all sides. Mogadishu is largely secure, three beachheads opened up in Somaliland. 7 - 9 = The Allied Expeditionary Force manages to effectively and quickly seize the beachhead, while driving off any and all local militia forces and pirate bands. Immediately, reinforcements and supplies are brought ashore. Meanwhile, Mogadishu is seized by the Marine Corps, who sweep through the city with ease against local militia forces. Due to their effectiveness in the assault, few civilian casualties are recorded and it is celebrated as a major victory. 10 = The Allied Expeditionary Force is massacred in their attempt to open up a beachhead in Somaliland. They lose much of their invasion forces and are forced to return to their troop carries, and sail back to India. In Mogadishu, widespread civilian and militia offensives, coupled with assaults by Egyptian army troops stationed in Somaliland, brings the Marine Corps to its knees as they have secured too little land for a beachhead that is still too vulnerable. The Marine Corps is evacuated and Operation Mountain Run is a complete and total failure. You rolled a: 6! |

* The Allied States continue negotiations with Kenya. While Kenyan officials are supportive of their plans, fears of an invasion from Somalia and Occupied Ethiopia continued to plague the negotiations. * * Economic agreements are still worked out however, to provide Kenya with a major boost to its economy and to provide work for its large population. * * A Medical Aid program is also begun. * _____________________________________ * Western Sahara falls to Morrocan Forces. * * The nearly 8 million soldiers called up across the Islamic Cooperative have nearly completed their training and should be ready for deployment in one month. * _____________________________________ * The Allied Expeditionary Forces takes heavy casualties in their attempt to secure a beachhead, but manage to drive off enough local militia to safely begun ferrying in supplies and reinforcements in preparation for an expanded push outwards. Heavy casualties, including civilian, are incurred for all sides. Mogadishu is largely secure, three beachheads opened up in Somaliland. * ![]() 1 - 3 = The Allied Expeditionary Force attempts to expand from their beachhead in Somaliland, but are held in place by stiff militia and army resistance. The Marine Corps attempts a final sweep through the city, but it fails to secure the remainder of Mogadishu. Heavy casualties on all sides are taken. 4 - 6 = The Allied Expeditionary Force manages to push out from their beachhead near Erigavo and secure much of the area, however no advance on a neighbouring city can be afforded. Erigavo is however, surrounded and subjected to a bombardment. In Mogadishu, North American Marine forces manage to drive out the Islamic Cooperative forces and begin administering aid to civilians while they recover from the costly Battle of Mogadishu. 7 - 9 = The Allied Expeditionary Force manages to not only secure their beachhead, but begin to expand as a separate force in the Expeditionary Force launches another assault on Bosaso and secures the city. Erigavo too is in Allied hands. In Mogadishu meanwhile, the Marine Corps manages to secure the city and begin a limited expansion into the countryside to secure the surrounding area. A brief advance on Merca is also made and Marine forces reach the cities outskirts. 10 = The Operation continues to be a great success as Erigavo, Bosaso and Bereda, alongside the Isle of Abd al Kuri, in Northern Somalia has fallen to the Allied Expeditionary Force, while in the South Mogadishu, Merca, Bur Acaba and El Detre are secured in the widening advance of Marine Forces. * A secret agreement is worked out with Kenya. * * A recruitment drive in the Kenyan Armed Forces is also made, while their army is modernized and reformed to model that of the well disciplined South Africans. ____________________________________ * The Allied Expeditionary Force manages to not only secure their beachhead, but begin to expand as a separate force in the Expeditionary Force launches another assault on Bosaso and secures the city. Erigavo too is in Allied hands. In Mogadishu meanwhile, the Marine Corps manages to secure the city and begin a limited expansion into the countryside to secure the surrounding area. A brief advance on Merca is also made and Marine forces reach the cities outskirts. * ![]() 1 - 3 = With Bosaso and Erigavo secured in the North, the Allied Expeditionary force decides to consolidate it's position and begins to land the full measure of it's force. Meanwhile, in the South, Marine forces find the city of Merca to be heavily defended, and complete with a large network of fortifications. The assault is postponed while the Air Forces begin a large bombing campaign. 4 - 6 = With Bosaso and Erigavo secured in the North, the Allied Expeditionary force seizes the moment and takes Bereda, Abd al Kuri and makes a limited advance on Karin. In the south, Marine forces seize half of Merca, while El Detre farther along the coast falls to a second amphibious assault. Following this, the forces decide to consolidate their positions. 7 - 9 = With Bosaso and Erigavo secured in the North, the Allied Expeditionary Force also takes Karin, Bereda, El Gal, Dante and Abd al Kuri in a lightning advance. In the South, Merca falls alongside El Detre, Obbia, Bur Acaba and Baidoa. Following this, forces decide to consolidate their positions. 10 = In the North, Bosaso, Erigavo, Karin, Bereda, El Gal, Dante, Bender Beila, Gardo and Abd al Kuri come under Allied occupation in what can only be described as a blitzkrieg advance. In the south, Mogadishu, Merca, El Detre, Obbia, Bur Acaba, Baidoa, Bardera, Lugh Ganana, Belet Uen and Sinadogo fall. The benefits of a smaller, disciplined and well trained force are plain to see over vast conscripts of militia. You rolled a: 7! |

![]() - Prime Minister Dimitrios Grapsas, concerned about the NAU's stance about the war, despite the AESS's efforts to turn the war around, is weary of Germany's stance towards the war, despite the threat the IC poses to European Countries and Christianity, be that Orthodoxy (Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania), Catholicism (Italy, France) or Protestantism (Belgium, Holland, Austria, Switzerland). As the Prime Minister has stated "If the NAU deemed Germany a useless nation to stop the people's will, then that alone proves that Germany is a minor player in European Politics." - With Western Sahara having fallen to Moroccan Forces, Algerian and Belgian troops prepare for combat. Spain is criticised for it's apathy towards this event. ![]() - With extra re-enforcements now present in the Libyan front, AESS troops now number 330.000 troops, excluding Algerian troops. With enemy forces now outnumbered, the AESS, supported by the Libyan Army, proceed to Benghazi, where IC forces have dug themselves deep since a lot of time was spent gathering troops from new AESS countries. With air superiority established, IC forces are faced with oblivion. Unlike however, in Kurdistan, where guerilla actions and a lack of supplies led IC troops to surrender, in Libya such humiliation is to be avoided by them, therefore the AESS troops face a tough battle ahead. 1-3: The attack has failed, as 20.000 AESS forces are massacred by IC forces forified in the city. AESS forces must withdraw to new Libyan Army Fortifications near Brega. 4-5: The attack results in a bloody stalemate in which 50% of the city falls soon to the AESS but a firefight ensues with IC troops. Heavy losses on both sides. 6-7: The attack results in a stalemate in which AESS forces take over 75% of Benghazi but are soon involved in a firefight with IC forces. Medium losses on both sides. 8-9: Sucess. IC forces lose the city of Benghazi to AESS troops. Although retreating back to Egypt, a rear-guard action force is defending villages bordering Egypt in an attempt to slow down the AESS's effort to push them back, but it does not last long and is obliterated. Medium AESS losses, Heavy IC losses. 10: Total sucess. IC forces in Benghazi are obliterated utterly. Remaining IC forces withdraw from Libya, as they are in total dissaray, after the death of high-ranking officers of the IC forces' in Libya. Heavy losses for the IC, light AESS casualties. ![]() - AESS forces successfully pushed the IC out of Libya, but they suffered medium losses (15.000 men) for this to happen. Nevertheless, the AESS has regained the Libyan Government's Trust and diplomatic relations improve. Although Benghazi itself has sustained tremendous damage, AESS and Libyan forces halt their advance into Egypt and fortify themselves. - The 50.000 Swiss troops awaiting deployment are immediately dispatched to Libya. Italy also sends an additional 100.000 troop army to Libya. The Netherlands send additional 20.000 troops to re-enforce the Moroccan front. ![]() - General John English, the Commander of AESS forces in Libya, is hailed as a hero in Great Britain and, while he is at Libya, delegates from the Ministry Of Defense of Great Britain award him with the Victoria Cross. |

*Bangladesh shows interest in becoming an Indian protectorate, as long as they are allowed to govern themselves domestically* *Indian forces begin their advance* *As IC forces lack armour capabilities, Indian armour is planned to be used to great effect* ![]() 1: Indian tanks are smashed as IC forces use suicidal tactics to stop the Indian armour. Indian tanks have to withdraw and IC forces remain in strength. 2-4: Indian tanks take heavy casualties by IC AT teams hidden throughout towns. Indian Central Command cancels any further armour advance until Infantry has engaged a dedicated foe 5-7: Indian armour manages to break through the IC line, and they set up defensive positions waiting for the mechanised infantry to catch up. Indian tanks begin to hunt for targets of opportunity behind IC lines. 8-10: Indian armour rout several IC units, creating large holes in their defence. Indian Central Command orders the armour to keep advancing meanwhile Infantry begins their charge You rolled a: 6! |
