*IC forces stop their advance due to the bombing by the air units. But they quickly regroup and are ready to move out again* *The Indian and chinese air forces suffer heavy casualties and are forced to call back the remainder of 1st wave. A total of 43 aircraft are lost in the first wave. The majority of them are the old ground attack aircraft, taken out by SAM's* *3rd wave is prepared to hit the stationary IC forces in India as 2nd wave begins its attack run on the northern indian mountains* ![]() 1-2: Indian aircraft are called off as bad weather interrupts the mission. IC forces continue on through the mountains. 3-5: Some bridges and roads are destroyed, but even though the IC advance slower through the mountains, they continue to push on. 6-9: A good number of bridges and roads are eliminated. IC forces are hindered from advancing through the Himalayas in force. 10: A good number of bridges and roads are eliminated. IC forces are hindered from advancing through the Himalayas in force. An indian unguided bomb hits the side of a mountain starting a rock avalanche. An IC brigade marching by the mountain are buried in rocks. You rolled a: 7! |

*With the success of the 2nd Wave, high command gives the green light for the 3rd wave to hit the stationary IC forces in India*![]() 1-2: The 3rd wave is called off as the IC forces, now prepared against air assaults, have set up multiple SAM sites threatening Indian air forces 3-5: The 3rd wave fare no better than the first. Little is achieved at a heavy cost. 6-8: concentrations of armoured forces are hit by the Indian Air Force. IC forces in India looses a big part of their armoured capabilities. IC infantry can still move on however. 9-10: concentrations of armoured forces are hit by the Indian Air Force. IC forces in India looses a big part of their armoured capabilities. Supply depots are hit and the logistical capabilities of the IC invasion force heavily reduced. IC forces are forced to postpone their advance until supplies can be brought in from Pashtunistan You rolled a: 10! |

*Islamic forces in India come to a complete halt as the success of Operation Blowtorch becomes clear* *The victory is celebrated and the pilots of the indian and chinese air force are hailed as heroes* ![]() *The casualties suffered by the air forces however, grounds such large missions indefinetly* *With the Himalayas blocked the war evolves into one fought on two fronts. The chinese and the indian* *Indian Northern command regroups and integrates into the Central Military Command. Troops and Paramilitaries are sent into new positions* ![]() *The Indian front is stable as neither the IC or Indian ground forces can advance at the moment* *IC forces are waiting on supplies from home before they can continue their advance* *Indian Forces are waiting on reinforcements from China and Southern India* *The Chinese front is highly unstable however. Generals argue wether to wait for Group Army 13 and the reserve forces, or to launch the Group Armies in Lanzhou into an offensive now, in an effort to save the units sorrounded at the border and beat back the IC forces before they can advance deeper into China* |

* With Tel Aviv a smoldering ruin, and with Jerusalem in the hands of Islamic Cooperative forces, with the IDF in shambles and the Navy and Air Force crushed by her enemies, the Israeli General Staff, in absence of the deceased Prime Minister and his deputy, vote 5 - 4 against escalating the conflict to a Nuclear Exchange. * * Attempts are made to cripple and destroy Nuclear facilities while communications are ceased with American-Allied forces and a diplomatic channel is opened with Jordan, seen and represented as a more moderate Islamist faction within the Islamic Cooperative, to discuss the surrender of Israel. * * As news breaks to the North American Union, morale among troops falls as Israel was a valued member among the American led alliance. * * Reports of the heavy aircraft casualties suffered by American forces is also damaging to American Morale. * * Israeli Defence Firms follow the Darwin Protocol and delete as much information on Israeli and Foreign loaned weapons systems as possible before the inevitable Cooperative take over. * * Information is transmitted to the North American Union while Mossad begins a relocation of their mobile offices and files to Souda Bay, occupied by a brigade of American marines, before they will continue their journey to America - where a government in exile is being set up in Washington DC. Israeli Defence Force units in Officer and Troop exchange programs around the world are also called to marshal in the North American Union, as two squads of surviving IDF aircraft are pulled out of a Japanese and a German exchange program. Another squadron in American exchange is added to the Israeli Free Forces. * ____________________________________________________________ * Israeli Free Forces are led by General Gavriel Ashkenazi, a former Chief of Staff who had been retired in the United States. * Under his command are = 4 Israeli F-16 Fighter Jets 8 Israeli F-35 Fighter Jets ![]() 2 Sachsen-class Frigates (Tel Aviv-class) 2 Brigades of IDF forces stationed on Peace Keeping duties in South Africa and the Korean DMZ * Israeli-Americans are called on to serve in the Israeli Free Forces * _________________________________________________________ * The Fall of Israel in such a short time is a great boost to the morale of the Islamic Cooperative as forces strike hard against their enemies. * * The Defeat of the American and Israeli Air Force is also greatly celebrated as the drive into Kurdistan makes excellent progress. * * As casualty statistics come in, it is discovered that a mere 20 000 Islamic Cooperative soldiers were killed and wounded, while the IDF was entirely dismantled. * * The results spread like wildfire and is recognized across the Arab world as a divine blessing for the Cooperative. * * The 250 000 surviving troops assigned to the Fall of Israel are now redistributed among other theaters of Operations. * * 50 000 are sent to aid in the campaign in Caucasus and Asia Minor as the AESS becomes vocal in opposition and looks to be preparing for war. * * 100 000 are sent to aid in the Campaign against Libya and Tunisia. * * Another 100 000 are sent to aid in the Campaign against Saudi Arabia. * * 10 000 Jordanian, 25 000 Syrian, 25 000 Egyptian, and 10 000 Lebanese Reserve Troops are called up to take over Occupational duties in Israel, along with the break up of Israeli settlements, reconstruction over Palestine, the construction of a sufficient supply and transport system out of Israel to her neighbours and to conscript Jewish Israeli citizens into labour forces. * ![]() * A liberated Islamic Republic of Palestine is proclaimed to hold all the lands of Israel, Gaza and the West Bank as Hamas is brought into power over the new state. * ![]() * Farther south, North Sudanese and Cooperative forces launch an assault on South Sudan to seize the valuable oil fields possessed by the Government. * * Such a fuel would continue to supply the Islamic Cooperative with oil and power to boost the war effort, while deteriorating the energy situation of China who is a large importer of Sudanese oil and petroleum. * * The Islamic Cooperative also takes a re conciliatory stance to Russia. recognizing Russian dominion over the former Soviet states in Central Asia, over Finland and over the Baltic States. * * Russia is also promised to receive oil and petroleum imports at a discounted rate, while Cooperative Intelligence Agencies will forward Western and Chinese Armour and Weapons specimens to the Russian state for analysis and testing. * * Egyptian forces are also committed to this attack, heavily outnumbering the South Sudanese forces. * 1-5 = With the heavy number of Islamic Cooperative Forces and with the advanced presence of Egyptian forces, Cooperative forces sweep southward into the poorly defended nation before Ethiopian troops can properly move in to assist in the defence. The oil fields are easily seized, and the South Sudanese Air Force is knocked out while the Ethiopian Air Force suffers heavy casualties. 6-9 = The large number of Islamic Cooperative Forces proves unable to tip the balance as heavy tribal warfare erupts between Northern and Southern Sudanese Army Forces. The Egyptian Army is also caught and fought to a stand still by Ethiopian forces through a series of brilliantly timed tactical maneuvers. The oil fields are heavily contested between both sides and some have been set on fire by retreating South Sudanese forces. The South Sudanese Air Force is grounded while the Ethiopian Air Force is driven off with light casualties. 10 = By the brilliant leadership of South Sudanese Commanders, trained at the Beijing Military Academy, North Sudanese forces are thrown off balance and their advance is checked before it could truly begin. Upwards of 3 000 North Sudanese forces were killed in the fighting while another 7 000 were captured through tactical maneuvers. The Egyptian Army however is diverted against Ethiopia, away from the South Sudanese troops after a brief stall in the advance caused concern in the Egyptian Command. Air dominance in the region is still heavily contested. You rolled a: 3! |

![]() * The relentless advance of the Islamic Cooperative continues south into Southern Sudan, claiming much of the oil rich regions of the nation, and indefinitely halting oil production as several sections of the pipe line leading out to the coast through Djibouti are captured. Spearheads also make good forays into Southern Sudanese territory and capture several large groups of enemy combatants. * * The Islamic Cooperative Air Command continues to prove it's tenacity as the Ethiopian Air Force is crushed in a pitch battle that leaves it severely out-manned and outgunned, while the South Sudanese Air Force is entirely vanquished. * * The Islamic Cooperative launches a diplomatic initiative to press Southern Sudan into a surrender before North Sudanese and Egyptian forces besiege the Capital of Juba. * 1- 4 = With her armies, air force and main source of economic income smashed, Southern Sudan succumbs to the Islamic Cooperative 5 - 9 = Despite her dire situation, Southern Sudan vows never to surrender to the North in a show of heroic defiance 10 = Due to the calamity and destruction caused by the war, a new administration seizes power and offers to fulfill Cooperative demands so long as South Sudan is not occupied, so long as South Sudan maintains its independence and so long as South Sudan does not have to send combat units to fight alongside other members of the Islamic Cooperative - in essence however, Southern Sudan is a puppet of the Cooperative ____________________________________ * Plans are made for the 30 000 man Australian Expeditionary Corps to deploy to Saudi Arabia to aid the ARU in its defence of Riyadh and her sovereign territory. * * Plans for the 25 0000 man Mexican Expeditionary Corps to deploy to Saudi Arabia to aid the ARU are also put in place. * ![]() * Meanwhile, the American 5th Fleet, consisting of the Aircraft Carrier USS John C. Stennis, the Guided Missile Cruisers USS Antietam , USS Jarrett, USS Gettysburg, USS Philippine Sea and the Destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer, USS Dewey, USS Kidd, and the USS Milius are deployed to seize control of the Arabian Sea and the Persian Gulf. * ![]() * A strike force of two squadrons (8 aircraft total) of F-35 Lightning Fighters are also on station to provide support from an Indian Air Base. * * After tracking a combined Yemeni-Iranian-Pashtuni Fleet (Combined 2nd Fleet) - consisting mainly of submarines and small surface vessels - prowling the waters of the Persian Gulf to target Saudi shipping and to prevent outside reinforcements from landing in Arabia - an attack commences, lead by the F-35s and the aircraft on board the John C. Stennis. * 1-2: Cooperative forces have in fact laid a careful trap for the North American 5th Fleet, as Land Based Bombers launch an attack on the Fleet from Yemen and Pashtunistan, that, coupled with Anti-Ship Missiles fired from Iran and a second Egyptian fleet approaching from the west, launches a pitched battle against the 5th Fleet and the F-35 Lightning support. The Yemeni-Iranian-Pashtuni Fleet also enters the fray against the 5th Fleet. 3-5: The strike by the aircraft is barely effective, as Anti-Aircraft Fire and Electronic Countermeasures severely handicap the firing capacity of the Aircraft. The Guided Missile Cruisers of the 5th Fleet are put into action before Cooperative forces can enter the area, though heavily resistance is expected from the lone Iranian Guided Missile Cruiser. 6-7: The strike by the aircraft manages to sink a destroyer, and two submarines while heavily damaging another two destroyers. Despite these gains, a pitched battle is still inevitable. The Iranian Guided Missile Cruiser is unharmed. 8-9: The strike is very effective as the Combined 2nd Fleet suffers heavily in the attack. Three destroyers are sunk, along with five submarines, while another two destroyers are damaged and the remaining three submarines begin to pull out. The Guided Missile Cruisers of the NAU 5th Fleet opens fire while the Iranian Guided Missile Cruiser is damaged and her engines are destroyed. 10:The attack is a resounding success, as Four destroyers are sunk along with Eight submarines. The Iranian Guided Missile Cruiser is also sunk after a missile struck her Weapons compartment and penetrated her armour. The remaining Destroyer and remaining Submarine both attempt to flee from the NAU 5th Fleet. You rolled a: 1! |

* The North American Union 5th Fleet comes under a severe and concentrated attack by Cooperative forces in a carefully laid ambush. * * Hell breaks loose as Naval Bombers from In land fire on the Fleet, as Iranian Anti Ship missiles crash into the hulls of American warships, and as both the 2nd Combined Fleet and the 1st Egyptian Fleet engage the North American Fifth Fleet and it's F-35 support. * ![]() 1-2: The concentrated Assault cripples the North American Fleet, as the John C. Stennis is sunk alongside the Missile Cruisers USS Antietam , USS Jarrett, USS Gettysburg, and the Destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer, USS Dewey, USS Kidd. Only the Missile Cruiser USS Philippine Sea and the Destroyer USS Milius flee the massacre in what some call the Darkest Day of the North American Navy. 3-5: The concentrated Assault heavily damages the North American Fleet, as the John C. Stennis is damaged and listing to port while the Missile Cruisers USS Antietam and USS Jarrett are sunk along with the Destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer, USS Dewey. The USS Gettysburg and USS Kidd are moderately damaged, while the USS Philippine Sea and the USS Milius escape the initial attack and return fire. 6-7: The concentrated Assault damages the North American Fleet, as the John C. Stennis is damaged and unable to launch fighter jets while the Missile Cruiser USS Antietam is sunk along with the Destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer, USS Dewey. The USS Jarrett is moderately damaged, while the USS Philippine Sea, USS Gettysburg, USS Kidd and USS Milius escape the initial attack. They immediately return fire. 8-9: The attack mostly just shakes the American Fleet as the John C. Stennis emerges battle ready alongside the USS Antietam, USS Jarrett, USS Philippine Sea, USS Gettysburg and the USS Kidd and USS Milius. the USS Wayne E. Meyer is sunk while the USS Dewey is only slightly damaged. A counterattack begins. 10:The attack proves fruitless as poor targeting systems and superior countermeasures for the NAU stave off heavy casualties, allowing the North American Fifth Fleet to begin an immediate retaliation. * The John C. Stennis is knocked out of the fight while the USS Antietam is sunk along with the Destroyers USS Wayne E. Meyer, USS Dewey. The USS Jarrett is moderately damaged, while the USS Philippine Sea, USS Gettysburg, USS Kidd and USS Milius escape the initial attack. They immediately return fire. * * The USS Philippine Sea takes the lead of the Fifth Fleet with heavily damage reported to the John C. Stennis. * 1-3 = American Naval Forces and the surviving Air Forces that had deployed against the Cooperative Navy launch a coordinated counter attack and tie up the Air Forces of the Cooperative in a series of limited engagements, while the remainder of Fifth Fleet engages and receives more punishment from both the Egyptian First Fleet and the Combined Second Fleet. The USS Philippine Sea is destroyed. 4-6 = American Naval Forces immediately engage and endlessly barrage their opponents, using their Guided Missiles to great effect and sinking four of the Cooperative warships and damaging three others, along with the Iranian Guided Missile Cruiser in the Combined Second Fleet. Overhead, the American Air Forces are hunted down and decimated by the Cooperative Air Force until the last of the F-35 support Fighters are ordered to cover a retreat by the Fifth Fleet. 7-9 = American Naval Forces engage the opposing Fleets, focusing their fire on the Combined Second Fleet to great effect and sinking the Iranian Guided Missile Cruiser along with three destroyers sunk, five submarines sunk, while another two destroyers are damaged. The American Air Forces recover from the Ambush and seize superiority before turning on the Cooperative Fleets, and decimating the Egyptian First Fleet. 10 = American Naval Forces begin a counter attack but are decimated by incoming fire from both Cooperative Fleets. The USS Gettysburg is the last ship to go down, ramming the Iranian Guided Missile Cruiser before it was seized by Iranian Marines who boarded the vessel. Overhead, the American Air Forces, upon seeing the outcome of the Naval Battle, retreat to India or the nearest Saudi Arabian Air Field. You rolled a: 2! |

OOC: Templar, I wasn't attacking, just staging. Brazilian forces launch an attack with 30,000 troops and air support to back them up in the invasion of Pakistan. They will try to establish a central command post on the ground and wait for reinforcements ![]() 1-3 Brazilian forces get annihilation and are pushed back to hardly holding the beachhead. 4-6 Brazilian forces make OK headway and are able to set up a command post but are getting hit hard from the Pakistanis. 7-10 Brazilian troops are able to set up a Command post 5 miles inland and air support are keeping the Brazilians well protected. Someone want to roll?? I don't know where the dice roll thing is. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Brazilian troops in Saudi Arabia help hold the line but will not engage in any major offensives unless asked to. * With the Fifth Fleet reduced to Three Warships, the Fifth Fleet withdraws from the Battle and sets sail for Indian waters under the cover of F-35 Lightning aircraft who shake off the Cooperative Air Forces. * Casualties for the First Battle of the Gulf North American Union - Carrier John C. Although in China and India, Cooperative Forces have been stalled, the war at sea is excelling in favour of the Cooperative, as an offer recanting support for Chechen Militants and encouraging new economic (oil and petroleum) relations with Russia at bargain prices in exchange for military supplies and the purchase of Russian Naval vessels and aircraft by the Cooperative looks to increase their fortunes. As well, rising Islamic support in Indonesia and Malaya is tying up Chinese forces who are forced to prevent a collapse of social order. In all of this, the Cooperative looks into Kurdistan, Armenia and Arabia with hungry eyes, while they look out at North Africa with a fire in their hearts. What support abroad could the Islamic Cooperative gather to further strengthen it's position? ![]() Battle Lines on March 15 2017. ![]() Battle Lines on May 27 2017. EDIT : Wookie, you need to have Naval dominance in the Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea to strike an invasion into Pakistan ... where are you keeping your troops to take them from Brazil to Pakistan anyway? OOC: Wookie, Brazil has the capability to land and supply troops on a remote beach-head on the other side of the world in Pakistan? wtf? Just help ONI lol. That'd be easier logistically. *Russia is enraged that the Islamic Cooperative publicly announced that they were supporting the Chechen Rebels and would "reign them in" if they were given more advanced weaponry. This coupled with the deaths of 35 Russian soldiers at a joint Russo-Armenian air base in an IC bombing raid brings harsh public opinion of the IC* ![]() *Russian military units are activated. Russia's Czar class carrier battle groups and surface action groups are redeployed to the Arabian Sea as well as nuclear attack and nuclear missile submarines* ![]() *Strategic Rocket Forces are activated and put on high alert.
