Post Apocalyptia - Fortress Europe; In a Europe beset on all sides ...

3 Centuries ago a cataclysmic event took place which sparked the 'Survivor Conflicts'. This event began with total melting of polar ice - raising the water levels immensly. Consequently massive shifts in the Ring of Fire sparked massive Tsunamis covering much of Asia and the North American West Coast in water if it was not already. Amongst all of this tensions were high between Israel and Iran after Israel had occupied Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq using US weaponry alongside stolen Russian Aircraft. Saudi Arabia entered the fray during negotiations and soon both sides pointed at the other two for not only refusing to co-operate but also supporting their enemy. This lead to a Nuclear war in the Middle East driving the already dwindling oil population to being nonexistent. Years ago China had invaded Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam unifying much of the Asian people. Afterwards they had gained much technology from the advanced Japanese and had built a Generator Complex capable of producing unlimited energy by the harvesting of sound waves and light. Seeing the situation in the Middle East affecting the United North American Coalition ( UNAC ) they quickly launched a nuclear and orbital bombardment against them. UNAC and their Russian allies fought back with their own WMDS and the entire world soon erupted into chaos with WMDs and Orbital Lasers firing on the entire globe.

The World has not recovered. It might never recover. Humanity has fought countless wars but non were as devastating as this. The survivors of these conflicts banded together into Clans and suffer the constant threat of mutant attacks, slaver and raider attacks. The Seven Tribes of America have waged their war and it has since fallen into Mystery. A legendary conflict - all those who participated have been reveled as heroes or feared as villains. Their names will live in History forever.

Yet when the Fleet of the Dawn Republic approached the coast there was little notice. Many were pre-occupied with the prescence of the Tzung Dynasty which was turning its hungry gaze onto Europe having spread through Asia and North Africa. Scandinavia had been under siege from the Dynasty for 8 years and no end was in sight. Some reasoned that with the help of the Dawn Republic the Tzung Dynasty could finally be defeated but none knew what the future held and as more and more nations arose as the Dawn Republic drew near .... things seemed more unclear than ever before ......

The year is 2594, and the world is locked in conflict.

For this is war. And war, never changes.

NOTES


- There will be events occuring every Friday regardless of the current situation in the game - eg. A massive war.

- The game is limited to 9 factions. When you wish to claim one, Tell me which area, Who your leader is, what your faction name is.

- Remember this is in the future so you may have advanced gear and such if you find it however you will likely be in the 19th century for most of the game.

- You must roll to see if a sector joins your faction by negotiation = One territory per every 8 hours

- Slavers and Mutants are not just confined to their territories. They are every but only rule in their territories. As such you are never perfectly safe.

- Every area has resources so each one is worth conquering however some areas are more valuable because of special items.

- Roll for invasions against other players. Try to make the rolls interesting and also try to make normal invasions on NPCs interesting too and not just take the entire place in 1 second. No invasions on people who are offline, however a single missile strike or rocket attack is acceptable - but only 1.

- When you use bonus' you must use the full roll to either be added or subtracted, bonus' can no longer be negelected or only use some of them or a combination to only add 1 point to the roll ( This rule is subject to change if the problem in the previous Post Apocalytpia continues )


- For every 4 territories you own you may build a special building - 1 per territory. If you form a joint government and unify two sectors with an ally ( like the NWR from Endwar Domination ) then both of your territories go to that count. The buildings which can be constructed are :

Library : Gives you access to more information about the Pre-Apocalypse world - You will be able to take your current faction to any other continent when the battle for North America ends or You may have access to an increased sense of understanding giving your people a 2 point bonus when rolling to see if a sector wishes to join your faction ( Yes from here on you must roll to have a sector join you peacefully )

Factory : You have discovered a factory from the Pre-Apocalypse world - You may now either begin upgrading a vehicle, weapon or armour ( 1 point increase for successfully upgraded vehicles, 1 point increase for successfully upgraded weapons and Light Casualties maximum for upgraded armour ) or you may devote the factory to produce electricity which will give you access to better machinery allowing you to rebuild faster

Fort : You gain a huge bonus of 3 points when defending this building from attack and following an attack on the fort the defender chooses which way to use the bonus - it can be built onto an existing building such as Hospital or Army Base or it may be built seperately

Radio Station : Your people are more aware of what is occuring and outsiders may be attracted to your countries - Your population is filled with propaganda and you recieve more recruits giving an automatic 1 point boost to any military roll

Training Camp : Your units are trained for precision combat - Naval and Air units recieve a 1 point bonus in combat

Un-Constructable Buildings

Note = These buildings can be destroyed and will be either fully unuseable or need to be reconstructed following a player roll - if unuseable then any bonus that would be offered, and the site itself are considered absent

Hospital ( Square ) - You are able to heal any wounds of your soldiers better and are able to use medics in the field. - Maximum Amount of Casualties = Medium

Army Base ( Circle ) - You recieve more recent Weapons and Vehicles. - You are able to specialise in the use of 1 of the following = Photon Canons, Plasma Rifles, ATA ( Advanced Tactical Armour ) or Laser Gatlings. Photon Canons = + 1 to any roll when stated you have them on the scene - roll to transport across the ground. Plasma Rifles = + 1 to roll for troops. ATA = Maximum Casualties is Medium. Laser Gatlings = Medium casualties inflicted is the minimum.

Port ( Oval )- Grants Naval Support. + 1 to any roll when Ships are stationed on an area beside the coast.

Airfields ( Line ) = Peregrin Gunships = + 1 to any roll when they are on scene - must be within 2 areas of an airfield for use.

*The New Commonwealth emerges to the public eye for the first time on European soil, A technological nation that has no interest in war however does have a small technologically advanced armed force. Since all of the Tec on there current location has been found they wish to begin searching Europe for tec (I will ask if i can look about your lands we can figure out a deal on what i find).

*Anti Ship missiles and guns are put in place around the islands of Corsica and Sardinia to repel invasions the system is to be tested on a Slaver ship known to take routes from Mainland Europe to Africa

1-3: Targeting systems are to be inproved the boat escapes

4-7: Targeting syetems manage to track however the missile only damages the ship, Conventional cannons are forced to finish off the job

8-10: Targeting systems lock and track better than exepcted and the missile obliterates the ship
