You can only have one attack (Hence one roll) against someone who is off line. It isn't disputable. He bombed your city (IT might not have been easy, but his roll made it successful). If you are assassinating a leader it should be a 2 or 1 in 10 chance of success.

Well it say in the rules if that your dice rolls should reflect how risky a mission is. The riskier the mission, the lower chance of success.

The Russian bombing of New Delhi is used heavily in EF propaganda to further depict the Russians as monsters who need to be stopped

EF Dassault nEUROn Stealth-UAVs (Stealth comparable to that of the B-2 although not quite as advanced) begin deep-strikes into Russia on strategic targets such as air-fields as far reaching as Moscow. Key shipping sites Sevastopol is one of the heavily targeted areas.

The EADS Barracuda also enters service as the EF's main Combat UAV.

Indian leaders announce a thank you to the EF Presisdent.

Indian negotiations with Israel are going well and they request permission from EF and NC to sign the Joint Indian-Israeli-EF-NC treaty, which will turn Israel as a new ally of the European-Indian-Brittanian alliance.

The assaination of the Russian president and the destruction of Red Square is heavily used in Indian propaganda and an e-mail is sent to the Chinese president's daughter,to inform her father of the fate that China will have if they bomb India or Burma.

The Ef forces manage to break the Russian lines. They hope to take off some pressure from the south. It is also the first large scale attack into Russia by EF forces for nearly 2 years.

Cipher, i'm calling BS on the bomber, Uzbekistan and Israel thing.

1) The salvaging a bomber thing is totally BS. As I said before, the only way to get new blueprints for new military equipment is through trade, otherwise people will get tons of equipment that they shouldn't have and it will degrade the game.

2) 1 offline attack

3) Israel is allied with the US, not the EF
