He is in NATO so yeah Russia surprised by India's blatant imperialism against a country who was soon to become a country of the SCO. Because of this invasion, any hopes that India had of joining the SCO will be terminated unless a full withdrawal of Pakistan begins Georgian forces again move into South Ossetia following some small scale skirmishes with S.Ossetia militia along the border. They believe they can succeed this time as they have more support from NATO and the US. Russian forces demand Georgian forces immediately leave S.Ossetia. Georgia refuses. An 11,000 strong force moves into South Ossetia and another 11,000 strong force moves into Abkhazia and link up with Abkhazian Militias. ![]() Russian forces make good progress. Although Georgian resistance is strong as they are prepared for such an attack, Russian forces soon liberate S.Ossetia. ![]() Edited by Finn 1939, Apr 23 2009, 02:59 PM.
