Well I need the airport (My main reason for taking the Sector). Prehaps we can expand and share the airport (You should send some construction workers to aid me in its reconstructino and expansion), and I can keep some military bases there. I also want citezens to choose who they join. Then you can have the Sector. Edited by Finn 1939, Mar 2 2009, 11:37 AM.

New Rules * Following the immense intensity of war within Europa - the civilisations living within have evolved in their warfare tactics in an incredible manner. The use of cavalry and gas weapons have revolutionised warfare and now all civilisations have forged their own responses though several prominent tactics and trends have emerged. The leaders of these civilisations are now faced with the decision of which tactical system to follow. This is your choice and you may only choose 1. This choice may not be changed. * Chemical Specialisation : Your civilisation has become especially geared towards chemical warfare in all aspects. You coat bullets with poison and contain gas cartridges within all shells and missiles. You have truly become a master of chemical warfare with new and deadly chemicals appearing in labs every other week. However there is a chance for accidents which is always prevelent. You recieve a constant 2 point bonus but every other day you must roll to see if a disaster occurs or has occured - the results of the disaster can range from an actual advance in your understanding or the complete loss of the city due to chemical traces and anything in between however the results must be almost entirely bad. You require a factory to get this perk. Raiding Specialisation : Your civilisation has become especially geared towards raids and bombing runs. You love to fly above a helpless enemy and watch as your missiles crash into their homes and front lines below. You have infact become incredibly advanced in bombers and are considered masters of aviation using makeshift runways to allow plans access to all of your sectors and many beyond. You recieve a 1 point bonus to each attack on the ground or in the water regardless of distance from an airfield. You require an airfield to get this perk however every assualt their is a chance that your bombers will strike your men and force them back under the assualt. Armour Specialisation : Your civilisation has poured untold amounts of resources into vehicle production and design giving you an incredible knowledge of vehicles and those of your enemy. You have developed some of the most advanced tanks the Post Apocalyptic world has seen and even rival the fierce Reprieve-Class Walker of the Dawn Republic. You are able to use simple only armoured assualts along with mass bombardments. You are also able to neglect any enemy assualts using armour due to your knowledge of vehicles and are able to repair any recovered enemy model. You recieve a 1 point bonus and enemy armour is neglected when fighting. You require 2 army bases to recieve this perk. Infantry Super Soldiers : Your civilisation has used infantry in its attacks to such effect that almost every soldier is hardened veteran equipped with the very best equipment that you and most of the Post Apocalyptic world has to offer. You take pride in the bravery and skill of your sons and have pushed them to their very limit - equipping them with all sorts of pre-apocalypse technology and implants. Your soldiers are absolutely incredible. They can communicate without speech - move without sound - their implants even allow them to restrict their breathing for over an hour at very little discomfort. Your soldiers truly are deadly in all manner of the word. You recieve a constant 2 point bonus in Infantry assualts but require large resources to maintain such a force, as such you require 12 Sectors to recieve this perk. You do not have to pick your perk now - you may wait if until you have the requirements or resources that you wish. As such the Dawn Republic withholds from commiting itself to a single specialisation of warfare for now. |
