because if we get 64 members then I don't think it will.

I highly doubt we'd get anywhere near that amount

Why? The Killzone 2 community is huge, I mean with a game like End War, which barely anyone I knew personally had heard of and we got 170 members. Killzone 2 is going to attract just as many members to a clan.

how many other more professional clans will we be competing with? hell how many players will bother going on the KZ2 forums nevermind actually be looking or interested in joining a clan?

30 at most i reckon, thats not even mentioning those that will eventually become inactive.

with endwar we got in there early and effectively ended up the no. 1 european clan, how many people did we get? about a 100 out of them about 20-30 where active 20 remained so. granted killzone may get more, but the numbers hardly justify yet another website.

Well we will see, it's better to be prepared for lots of members than not to be prepared for lots of members and therefore lose them all because we see how unprepared we are to have a clan for the game. I would rather be prepared and not get as many members as expected, than get all those members, only for them to leave because we cannot handle them effectively.

setting up a sub forum would be easier and cause less hassle. plus we're already prepared, we have a heirachy already set up, leaders in place and a supportive and friednly community, within a hour or less you could have the sub forum set up and ready. a new site is just over the top, i mean it's not like the stress of an extra couple of members is gonna cause this place to collapse, is it?

Lol, I can see exactly where you are coming from, but I suppose time will tell. Listen if it's any consilation to you, on the advert to the KZ2 forums this site adress has been given so if you are right it will not be a difficult mistake to make. We can have a vote in the Leader's area if you want? and then it will be done and dusted.
