I have .... oh well this is probably my last post for today.* Lyon Armed Forces and the 4 African Protectorate Divisions cross into Shabeelaha Dexxe along with Kenyan and Ethiopian Forces - the last region left under SRA control * ![]() ![]() * Forces encounter resistance as they move in * ![]() 1 - 3 Lyon and APD forces are held at bay by the sheer numbers of SRA forces rushing to their position however with armour, artillery, naval and air support massive casualties are inflicted on the SRA - 4 Lyon Soldiers killed, 12 wounded - 12 APD dead, 23 wounded - moderate Kenyan casualties - heavy Ehtiopian casualties - 498 SRA dead, 789 wounded, 189 POW 4 - 6 Lyon and APD forces push through the initial resistance only to be met with continued resistance after avancing through a quarter of the region - 3 Lyon Soldiers killed, 7 wounded - 18 APD dead, 9 wounded- heavy Kenyan casualties - moderate Ehtipoian casualties - 389 SRA dead, 467 wounded, 1098 POWs 7 - 9 Lyon and APD forces push deep into the region and surround Giohar before being halted by massed charges - 18 Lyon Soldiers killed, 3 wounded - 24 APD dead, 24 wounded - light Kenyan casualties - medium Ehtiopian casualties - 698 SRA dead, 1087 wounded, 14,029 POWs 10 Lyon and APD forces take the region in one of the bloodiest battles of the war in Somalia - 31 Lyon Soldiers killed, 24 wounded - 64 APD dead, 89 wounded - heavy Kenyan casualties - heavy Ethiopian casualties - 2,893 SRA dead, 3,487 wounded, 43,048 POW You rolled a: 10! |

The remainder of the Sudanese militia and Sudanese soldiers in the capital surrender, but only after another 5 British soldiers are killed. 2 more Austrlians are also killed in the North after stepping on a mine. Casualities for Operation Crowbar so far in the month long campaign: British: Dead= 65 Wounded= 147 Australian: Dead= 11 Wounded= 14 Ethiopian: Dead= 437 Wounded= 965 Sudanese militia/armed forces (Aprx): Dead= 10,000 Wounded= 16,100 POWs= 10,000 in British hands, 7,000 in Ethiopian hands Civilian casualties are currently unknown, but througt to number in the hundreds including those that have been killed by Sudanese militia Some reports of Ethiopian forces commiting various crimes against the civilians and captured Sudanese forces including rape, shooting of those who have surrendered, and some reports of the purposeful killing of civilians. Captured Sudanese General Al- Siede is interregated as to the where-abouts of the fleeing government. SAS teams and MI6 are also attempting to hunt them down in the south ![]() British forces consolidate in captured territory. They are to share temporary occupation duties in the capital with Ethiopian and Austrlian forces. Ethiopian forces also concentrate their effors in the south where there is continued resistance- British forces move down to help. Another 3,000 British soldiers arrive in Port Sudan and the capitals air-port. Along with more aid. ![]() Coalition forces are to remain until the remianing forces in the south are quelled, and until elections are held. Some will continue to remain to help train an army. 2 British soldiers are also killed in Afghanistan- the first British soldiers to be killed in Helmand in over a year.
