Yeah you know what I would rather fight like hell to save Kish then to cry everyday cause at least we are trying to save our favorite couple then just sitting around doing nothing. |

Kettlebells - they do a body good.

I think in the end Brett and Scott are gonna see - maybe not right away - but when the anger fades from the f---up way they were fired that this was the best thing that could ever have happened to them. Especially when everyone believes that OLTL is basically on it's last leg. Why hang around a sinking ship? They are both talented actors and they will be hired on other shows. They'll have the last laugh - believe me - they will. Karma's a bitch - what comes around - goes around and Frons is gonna get his good. Just hope we're around to see it.

I just sent off my email to Frons and I can't tell you how much better I feel. I just feel like I got something off my chest. Everytime I want to curse him out, I'm just going to send or call some more. Just wish I could give Brett and Scott the same attention. They deserve to know how I feel too. |

After a bit more than 24 hours after "the news" I am still in shock. As much I am saddened that Kish will end in one moth, I am so angry that TPTB are solely blaming the gays for the ratings. Like you already stated, they weren't on that much during that time. But I am furious that no one had the decency to tell the actors, that their jobs are gone. As for not giving up hope, I really do not hope, that Brett and Scott will even consider going back . ABC treated them like sh*t. So I did mail everyone I could think of. Basically saying that this is no way to treat other people. Plus congratulations to making a point of saying it's alright to rape and murder but booohooo if you are gay. I thought America was farther than that. |

Here's my email to Frons: Dear Mr Frons: As a long time viewer of One Life to Live, (started way before Kyle and Oliver story), I was very disappointed to read that you have made the decision to ax them from the story. What is even more disappointing is the reason why - that the supposed "mainstream audience" is can't handle seeing a gay couple. I think you are insulting the intelligence of the OLTL audience here. I've been following viewer reaction to the story line on Soap boards, and while there are a few idiots who will spew some hate-filled rants, most of the reaction has been positive. As a working person, I found your network's treatment of the actors especially appalling. It's fairly clear that the actors, Brett Claywell and Scott Evans found out about the story being discontinued from the TV Guide article. This is not the way to treat people who have put their all into working on this show, and promoting the show. Regretfully, I will no longer watch One Life to Live, when the Kyle/Oliver story ends. I will not support a show that is more concerned about what the bigoted minority thinks, than the reasonable majority. Eva Young |

I just don't know what I'm gonna do b/t the hours of 2 - 3 p.m. anymore after mid-april. Maybe I'll amp up my workout schedule to twice daily instead of in the evening. Nothing like a workout to vent out all the anger of Kish being canned. Besides, the summer's coming and maybe I'll finally achieve that much-wanted six-pack since I'll have so much time on my hands. Who knows? Some good has to come of this - I refuse to let Kish die in vain! |

TEAM ABS!

Got a response from Nelson Branco. He said to campaign. Imagines that Ron is probably devastated and they will bring them back if we campaign, similar to how when the show killed off the character of Al Holden, fans of Al and Marcie campaigned and they brought the actor back as Micheal McBain. So both Jamey and Nelson said to campaign. I don't think they would say that if they didn't think it would be worth it and if we didn't have a chance. |

I'm still planning to write a letter & call the comment line. I'm running on empty tonight (26+ hours awake right now), so I'm going to do this tomorrow. And I live in NJ, a 30 minute train ride into the city, so I'd be up to doing the GMA getting Kish's name out there as well. :) |
