Finally collapsed around 7 am, I wake up, and I'm still fucked up - like someone punched me in the gut, like how I felt when GWB won in 2000 and 2004 - my vote didn't count then, my voice doesn't now because I'm not mainstream enough. So the gays go, now the blacks? What the fuck are they doing to Agnes Nixon's creation that was supposed to PROMOTE diversity? Old folks should be worried. I do want OLTL to get canceled so as to show that there are consequences to bowing down to hatred. Soaps are dying anyway, so what's the point of keeping OLTL around if it's strayed so far from the intentions of its creator? I read somewhere that during the interracial Carla Gray SL in the 1960s, Nixon pushed through and continued that SL despite negative reactions from various parts of the country. What a shame OLTL can't do the same with Kyle and Oliver in 2010. |

I have to say that as a female I feel the gay community's pain. Not to play the sexist card here but - I can't tell you how many times in my life I've been discriminated against b/c of my gender. It is a man's world and obviously a STRAIGHT man's world. I mean we haven't even progressed enough to have a woman president so it would follow that to have a gay couple in mainstream media is too far off the rickter scale for the good ole boys to fathom. Shame on ABCD! |

That's a great idea. You really should do this. But maybe it would have even more impact to get people to tune out for one day and lots and lots of people to tune in one day for support. Just to show them the impact the community has. But lots of people have to support it and it needs to be well organized, let the show and the medias know as well. :crossed: |

Just watched the interview, i laughed and cried in equal measure :waah: :sigh: How cute was Brett in his glasses and school getup - adorably dorky :swoon: And Scott was looking especially sexy in the vid - i liked what he was wearing as well :swoon: These two really do connect with each other. They looked like they were having a fab time, nad enjoying themselves so much. It was so hard to watchthem looking and sounding so positive about Kish, the present and the future, knowing they were about to get hit by the proverbial bus :frustrated: :brickwall: ****SPOILER ALERT**** Brett and Scott go together like ice cream and jelly. They have so much chemistry together, they really do come across as such close friends. I loved it when Scott rubbed his hand on Brett's knee, and his reaction to Brett talking about getting his hands dirty :LMAO: And when they both started to giggle like a couple of naughty schoolboys, so cute :sigh: :hearts: Loved how Scott was checking Brett's reaction when he said his fave Kish moment was the sex scene, and how interesting that Scott chose that scene, and Brett chose Kish's first kiss. Nice to hear about Brett's background, and their fan encounters were so touching! *****END OF SPOILER**** I feel so sorry for them. I just can't believe this is happening to these wonderful, lovely, gorgeous young men. They deserved so much better!! :frustrated: I love Kish and Brett and Scott :hearts: :hearts: FUCK ABC/FUCK FRONS AND FUCK OLTL Edited by KIsh4ever, Mar 11 2010, 01:14 PM.

I just found out and I'm speechless. I have no idea how to tell my friend. We watch them together and she is going to be CRUSHED. I can't wait for OLTL to be canceled. |

Has The Great Miss Farah Fath said something about SE and BC's exits like she did when she learned of SC's? |
