Oh a man w/a sense of humor is hella sexy. I heart Scott Evans. I need the soap mags to have posters of him, and Brett, that I could just plaster on my bedroom walls. Cause, like Whiskey, I'm 15. And I read the Kish tie fic as well. If I remember correctly, it was written by someone who hasn't known of Kish for very long. Good stuff.... |

A cabin somewhere where there is snow? Hmm... haha!! Well, there IS snow in NYC now, right? All he needs is a cabin and a guy. Hey, he could use that fake styrofoam snow or whatever heck it was they used for the blizzard scenes. Wonder who he got that book and note from.. James Taylor?! Really?? I mean he said James Taylor, right?!!!? Okay, I'm 15 again too, but how old is Scott??! James Taylor..... .... .. . :dunno: Oh, uhm, I like James Taylor, but please Scott.. Sexy?!! James Taylor?..! |

frank sinatra is sexy. james taylor? PLEASE ok, and as for the whole feminine crap.....are ya kidding me? I AM FEMININE and i am proud of it, but i'll be be damned if i am constantly referred to as a he. i dont care how i act, how scott acts. if scott comes out and says "I want to be known as scottarella..." then fine. call him a she all you want. to do otherwise allllll the time is so damn immature and really disrespectful. i am not bashing who he is or how he acts, but i am defending the fact that he is a he and nowhere near a she. |

I believe the Brits refer to it as morning glory. Scott's a naughty, naughty man--and I love it. |

I'll believe there's snow when I see it. Supposedly, we're supposed to get hit with snow, but I don't know. We'll see... LOL@using OLTL's prop/fake snow!!! |

Oh, no snow in NYC?! I thought, well, I hope that when it hits, that you are spared the worst!! But it usually gets quite bad, right? Ugh.. hoping not. But honestly, that fake snow was really really distracting!.. Don't they sometimes use potatoe flakes or something? At least they kind of melt, but I guess afterwards you can bin the entire set! LOL! Back to topic - I usually think Scott is this typical 26 year old guy who does all the stuff a guy his age does, but sometimes he comes across as much older.. And I don't mean that in a bad way necessarily.. |

Well, I'm praying we're spared what the mid-Atlantic got. Don't care much for snow myself, I must say. I actually like the snow effects and think it's better than how other U.S. soaps depict blizzards. According to OLTL's Senior Producer Suzanne Flynn,* there were two kinds of fake snow used: the wet snow is actually a soap so it dissolves when it hits the actors or the ground. (I think this is the same crap I've seen used in clubs here in the City and in Boston). Another type of snow is a paper/plastic mix. OLTL apparently used 80 boxes of snow and 43 snow machines suspended from the studio grid. For the heavier blizzard, there were electricians on ladders in front of fans who threw handfuls of snow - I'm guessing the paper/plastic variety - into the fans to make it look like there was wind and more snow. *from Soap Opera Weekly, dated Feb. 9, 2010 Scott and his man can luxuriate in all the soapy, paper/plastic goodness if they want to stay local in the City! :smooch: |
