8.50 is dirt cheap for a movie... It's at least $12 here plus snacks and beverages

$8:50 was the matinee price. I don't go at night.
A DVD is much better priced.
I just saw "Quigley Down Under" that I got for my birthday.
It's a great Australian Western movie of good vs. evil.
There is lots of action. Matt Quigley was an excellent shot with a super long rifle.
The poor Aborinines were being murdered by a rich land owner. Unexpectedly, Matt came to their rescue and became their hero and savior.

NOOB!
I definitely recommend Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World if anyone hasn't seen it. Its absolutely hilarious and the action scenes are really fun and entertaining. Its probably the best comic book movie I've ever seen. Having read the comics, there were lines and gags taken straight from the page. And the cast is fantastic! They all nail the characters perfectly. Its definitely my favorite movie of the year.

Some of my favorite movies are A Clockwork Orange, District 9, Almost Famous, Se7en, (500) Days of Summer, School of Rock, Finding Nemo, The Hurt Locker, and Memento. I have a love for film, and these are some movies I can just watch so many times.
