Chaos: ... ... ... ... ... ... Chaos is thinking very hard on that question of where's he's from. He wasn't born the way most creatures were, but neither was he created by science. He simply came into being one day in the ocean, but other than that he doesn't know. He can remember the exact position in the ocean plus or minus .006 centimeters where he first came into being, but that's in terms of currents, and those go all over the world. He's been almost everywhere in the ocean, so anywhere can be his home. Homes are much more, if you forgive the term, fluid under the oceans, where anywhere you can rest is home. So Chaos doesn't really have a 'birthplace' in any real form. Just places he's had fond memories of. The Empress of the Water gave him life long ago, and he's kept up her will ever since. Even so, he's never been able to answer where's he's from, except in degree form. Chaos: (Shrugs.) I don't know. I only know that I am, not HOW I came to be. I do however know WHO I am, and that's enough for me. |

"What, you aquatic folk don't have towns? though I guess that can make sense, as it would have made you discovered sooner... but I remember where I'm from, as do most people up here. I was born in a little village far out in the countryside, lived much of my early childhood there, and then my mother and I moved to the capital city, where we lived ever since." They were reaching the end of the countryside and were now nearing the wall-like mountain range which separates the countryside and the desert. |

Chaos was about to speak again, when he sees a Giant Sand Worm, a rare creature nowadays, as people rarely see them anymore, even in a desert. It's currently leaping out of the sand much like the worms from the movie Dune did, and Chaos watches it avidly. He rarely sees Giant Worms like, as most don't survive the ocean's pressure. Chaos is lucky that he's a water spirit of sorts himself, as that means he can go anywhere in the ocean in complete comfort. Chaos continues watching the Worm, when suddenly it simply explodes. Worried, Chaos replays his memory, zooming in to the worm in his memory, and sees with confusion what killed the Worm. Chaos hasn't seen the type of creature before, but others of the sea have. They once simply waded the oceans floor at the time to make it from the continent they were on to get to this one, as air travel hadn't been invented yet. Chaos holds the image of the Negame in his mind a moment, as if a paused video. Chaos stares intently at where the Sand Worm just was, and the resulting devastation of the area around the worm, and the area in general. Immediately sand funnels began forming in the destroyed area, obscuring whatever was there. Chaos: ...Something is there... |

(Darn it, can't we just go 1 topic without some Negama-related mini-event happening?!) Ryumaru wasn't too worried about the worm, knowing the speeds they were going at would protect them, but the explosion sure surprised him. "Yeah, well, so what? It's nothing we need to include ourselves in. It's probably just some desert nomads anyway." After that, silence fell upon them as they continued to fly over the desert and eventually into the Valley of Death. It wasn't long before they saw the Temple of Death in the distance, and at that point, Ryumaru turned around and headed back home. "Well, that's about the general idea of that this world is like. Don't worry about that temple, there's nothing you need to worry yourself about... That's just where the Shinigami live." |

Chaos: Phhththh! Shinigami can't breathe, so I see them vacationing in the water sometimes. We don't much bother them, and they don't bother us. I'm not too interested in them, but Konshi, he looks cool! He was there when I was first born! He and the Empress were talking when I came into being, and they both looked proud for some reason! |

"Doesn't surprise me that much. After all, as the Ooshinigami [Lord Death-God], he is not only the Master of Death but of Life as well... and I've also heard stories of him being millions, if billions, of years old... I'm pretty sure he was around when your Empress was born too. There are even rumors that it was him who swaped out all the dinosaurs and he did so as a test of his powers." |

Chaos: I don't really care. The Empress and the Death God looked really happy together for some reason, and proud! I don't know why, I was only just born when I saw their faces. They were both smiling, both happy! Chaos looks out the window, and sees a curious sight, even for Chaos. Chaos: Why is that sailing ship sitting on the ground in the middle of a forest? (OOC: This would be one of those things that no one had yet to figure out about that ship, as it would appear and disappear on a regular basis, thus is rumored to be haunted. No Negame, just an unusual place. |

"Oh, that? It's just one of those mysteries... personally, I think it was just caught in a tidal wave and got really unlucky." (I'm seriously thinking about giving up on this site and focusing more fully on CyberBattle.) |

Chaos bobs his head: Sounds about right. (OOC: With just the two of us here, I'd imagine, I'm a little too hyperactive for so much room here!) |
