I buy all meats in bulk because its cheaper that way. Than I divide it into packages I know what I will make a few dishes from it & others to make 'surprise' dishes. We make a lot of casseroles, noodles etc. Spaghetti is a good meal & leftovers get frozen in single serve bags for a quick warm up in the microwave. Meatloaf is great to make an extra large loaf, have sandwiches the next day & freeze leftovers for another meal, chicken breast can be frozen after cooking for a quick heat up or to use in other dishes. All leftover veggies can be put into a gallon size ziplock baggie inside the freezer & added to as you get them, at the end of the month we have enough together to add some meat to it & make veggie soup...which lasts a couple days. If it can be frozen it gets frozen, no matter how small the serving, it can always be a quick snack from the microwave!! Just be sure you label EVERYTHING! LMAO It can get confusing.
