(Partnerships by teams which would put team cars over the 5 car operation limit) c) New teams and drivers must sign up on the registration section on the board. No team or driver will be allowed to race without registration. d) Sponsors are pretty much wide open. You must register any sponsors in the correct section of the board. The only rule is that once a team selects a sponsor, another team must ask permission before using a car with the same sponsor. e) All cars on a team must be the same make. f) Once a driver switches to a new number, it is up for grabs. Keep in mind that that the original driver of that number may switch back at any time during the current season. Note that this will force the driver that took the first drivers number to switch to a new number. Section 4: Race Rules a) Driver's should be in complete control of their race car at all time's. This means under green and yellow flag's and includes practice session's. Drivers who can not control their cars will be ejected from the race server. b ) Intentional wrecking will not be tolerated. And will result in a league suspension or ban and will most definantly be ejected. c) When an administrator makes a call, all drivers are expected to listen to that administrator. All calls during a race are subject to review by whisper to an administrator. d) Fooling around at any point will not be tolerated, and will result in an ejection from the server, plus a possible suspension. Section 6: Cautions a) A restart may be made if the majority of the field is wrec c) Once a driver causes two cautions, they must park their car for the day. d) If a race is won due to a wreck, the race is subject to be reviewed, and an official call will be made. Section 7: Race Eligibility a) Drivers must either race the Busch Series and have control over their car or they MUST ask for a practice session with an Administrator or export ten laps to an Administrator if you PM the Administrator with a legitimate reason for why you can't practice. Section 8: Internet Connection a) If you have a bad connection and warping, you may be asked to go to the back of the pack, do not argue the call of the admin. b ) Under caution give a gap of about .3 to the car ahead of you. c) If you are disconnected due to connection, you will receive all but one lap back on the next caution period. d) If you disconnect more than twice in a race, you will not recieve your laps back. e) If you return during green flag in which everyone has to make a final pit stop, you may be asked to pit if it would end up allowing you to gain position for not having to pit. Section 9: Lucky Dog Award a) The lucky dog will be awarded to the first car one lap down, at which time the lucky dog recipient will be asked to get an end of the longest line by speeding on pit road under caution period. (note this does NOT mean go down pit road at race speed, but just slightly above pit road speed) If the first car one lap down is the caution, the next car one lap down will receive the Lucky Dog Award. b ) The lucky dog will not be awarded within 10 laps to go. Section 10 : ROTY Requirements/Info a) Must have no more than 5 series starts in the previous season. b ) Should have "Rookie Stripes" on car, but is not mandatory. c) ROTY points are assigned differently thatn race points.
