Code of Conduct!
By joining the KO Unit you recognize and accept that you will follow the rules and guidelines set forth in the Clan by the Leaders. Violating or willful disobedience of the rules may be met with warnings/strikes or removal from the Clan.

The KO Unit is, first and foremost, a family-friendly clan. This is very important to everyone in the clan, and is not something we ever want to compromise on. We see ourselves as a 'family' clan; swearing, adult, or offensive chat will not be accepted in the clan chatroom, in-game, or anywhere minors may be exposed to such language and may overhear it. In conversation with people that you know, you may act in any way you see fit to represent yourself, but while exposed to others you represent the KO Unit, and therefore our ideals.

Membership to the KO Unit is open to players of most levels and all age groups; we have had players in the clan aged from children to adults. Do remember though, that we treat each other as adults, and as such clan chat can potentially be mature in nature, though always within reason. There will be no discrimination in the KO Unit based on age. But we demand you present yourself in a mature manner. Age on the internet is irrelevant; act mature, and you can be as young, or as old, as you wish to be. Being in the KO Unit means you have to quit any other clans as we require you to show dedication. Proof of quitting a previous clan may be required.

The KO Unit are well respected among players of all sorts, and in turn we respect them. Actions that bring disrepute upon the Clan will not be tolerated; no matter how good a player you are, how hard you worked for your levels, or how many famous people you know. Treat people the way you would like to be treated and you will find everyone else in the clan treats you the same way, and leveling becomes very much more enjoyable.

Open hostility or severe disagreement between or among KO Unit will not be accepted in the public forum. There is to be no arguing in public over any issue. Take it to a player of proper authority(Captain+). If the situation escalates, take it to the Clan leader.

As a member of KO Unit, you will adhere to these guidelines set forth and promise to be a true, and loyal member.

~~~KO Unit Rules before joining~~~

These are KO's Mandatory rules in the clan chat, the site and on Runescape.

1. No flaming other Clan members

2. Always follow your Clan Leaders at Clan wars at all times.

3. Do not attack other Clan members at Free-for-all (FFA) unless otherwise directed to do so.

4. No Multi-Clanning. Exceptions include: Unofficial, Pest Control, GWD, etc. If you are found Multi-Clanning you will be automatically kicked from KO Unit.

5. Be in the Clan Chat at all times. If you are found to be disregarding this rule, you will be deranked.

6. Do not recruit from another Clan.

7. Respect everyone.

8. Event attendance is very important. You must attend atleast 2 events to become an Official member of KO Unit.

9. Always abide and follow Jagex rules. Which are as follows:
*a. No Offensive language in the Clan Chat or on the Site.
*b. Do not spam in the Clan Chat ~ In wars we may instruct you to Repeat or Spam commands, this is important - you should follow them and also repeat them
*c. No Scamming of any sort (Password or Item)
*d. No using Bots, Auto-typers or any other software that would otherwise give you an advantage over another player, regardless of circumstances.
*e. No account trading/sharing
*f. All other rules as stated by the Jagex Company.

If you see a Clan member flaming, or breaking any of the other rules, please take a Screenshot and send it to a Leader.

KO Unit does not and will not support the act of racism, if you are found doing this, you will find yourself kicked out of KO Unit. We are a family-friendly clan, we do not discuss anything profane or anything that which someone may find offensive.

If you flame in the clan chat after joining KO Unit, you will receive a warning. If you continue to flame or spam you will be kicked from the clan chat, and receive a mark. Spamming in the clan chat is also unacceptable.

~~~ KO Unit Clan Requirements For Joining ~~~

1. 80 Combat for Official members, Junior members are accepted.

2. You're own Rune set and weapons at all times

3. Always have proper clan war attire: Food, Potions, Armour, Weapons.

4. New members must have at least a combat level of 80 to receive full membership. Any person with a combat level of 79 or below will be given the rank of "Smiley" or Junior member until they get 80 combat. When a Clan member achieves 80 combat, they will be ranked as a full member of the KO Unit.

Note: Junior Members of KO Unit will not be allowed to participate in official wars until they get 80 combat.

1. Register an account on our site using your Runescape Name, but not Password. (Only do this if you are absolutely sure about joining. If we find random accounts made, we delete them)

2. Make a post using the proper template and post it in the Introduction Posts Forum. (If you just quit a clan you will be required to prove that you have quit that clan via screen shot or other terms)

3. Within 3 days of making the post you will be be intercepted and interviewed by one of our Clan members on-site or in-game to see how involved you will be in our clan. And to see if you have any questions about our clan.

4. After being interviewed and approved you will receive a rank as a trial member. You will be made aware if you are denied.

5. During your trial basis you will be observed on how often you join the Clan Chat when you are on, how often you use our site, and your overall preformance as a Clan member. If you are found to not be an active/kind member, you will be deleted from our Chat until you can prove otherwise, starting the trial process over.

6. You will be expected to attend atleast 2 events while being a trial member. You will not get full member status until this requirement is fullfilled.

7. After being in the clan 3 weeks and meeting the above requirements, you will be given the prestigous rank of KO Member. The trial member process will take 3 weeks at the minimum, depending on an individuals willingness to meet the requirments.
