Hey everyone, I've just come over from codecall after being refferred by Lyle. So where do I start.. I'm an 18 year old student living in Bristol, England and right now I'm studying a BTEC ND in computing. It's a little boring right now, as I'm only truthfully interested in the programming and web development units, which are both in the second year. So... I've been programming for a little over a year, although in all honesty I've only taken it seriously in the last 2 months or so. Right now I'm learning VB, C# and C++ although right now I think c++ is the one that interests me more. I'm not very good at either language although I would say I am improving at a rapid rate and if I were asked to make a simple input-output program I think I would be able to do it quite comfortably in each language. But I'm always looking to learn more and learn from experienced programmers as once I leave college my ideal degree would be a computer science degree, and my absolute dream job would be to make it into the games industry (I'm probably not the only one who shares this dream!) but right now I'm taking it one step at a time. So.. here I am! Looks like a nice forum, i'll be sure to post regularly. |

How do you set your favourite programming language in your profile like you have done? |
