I tend to waver into realms of programming theories and ideologies, standards, and data modeling more so than learning the syntax nowadays.

I have a pretty solid foundation of programming as a whole. I started programming C# servers in my preteens and now into lower level C++ intricacies. Currently I am working full time in VB which is not really the language I want to be doing... but it is money in the barrel. From here on in I can now program any language, scripts (I hate calling them that), SDK, dlls, diagrams and can work with any IDE out there ... and quite a number of other technological guru stuff.

Will be glad to help out people in their IT endeavours, after all that is where I started. At the moment I have a big hobby project underway which I am the only guy working on :P ASP.NET C# SQL Server 2005 website. It is quite the project! Currently brushing up on my database design techniques.

Forum looks good will be glad to contribute as much as I can. :D

Haha, "waver into programming theories ...", that sounds like me. Except I tend to talk about programming languages themselves quite a bit (and flame Java as much as possible :P ). Learning new PL syntaxes is just lame... much more fun to learn about all those crazy mechanisms that can be really helpful in some cases (lazy evaluation, highly advanced type systems, macros, continuations, multiple-dispatch, blah blah blah B-)

(let loop () (loop))
((lambda (x) (x x)) (lambda (x) (x x)))
(let ((k #f)) (call/cc (lambda (cc) (set! k cc)) (k))
((call/cc call/cc) (call/cc call/cc))

Tell me if you have other awesome infinite loops!
