My PC has had plenty of problems regarding video card drivers and resolution, most of which I was able to resolve in time. However I have done everything logical and searched through the web on my CCC which refuses to open. Whenever I click on the Catalyst Control Centre, I get the loading icon beside my mouse pointer but then it goes away and nothing happens. I have tried running as administrator and re-installing, but nothing's worked. I don't seem to be alone when it comes to issues in regards to ATI's drivers and video card software. Before this, my resolution would get screwed over every time I updated my drivers, as it wouldn't allow me to set my resolution to 1080p (creating black boxes around my screen). Now that that's over with, my CCC won't open... Any ideas? |

update to the latest drivers and uninstall your old drivers completely. And often installing new drivers will mess with your resolution even with nividia, infact if your resolution does not reset to something like 800x600 then you prob installed the drivers wrong. |

It isn't looking for an HD cable like it should be. I gave up on it and just went back to VGA cables. I don't really notice a difference anyway. |
