Dina, it's a Yom Tov surrounded by cheesecake :D . Ok, that's not the reason behind Shavuos, but who can pass up a religious excuse to eat cheesecake. lol

The 2 night meals will be the same - but not sure yet

I only figured out the first day milchig meal:
Cold cherry soup
Salmon with honey mustard, tomatoes and then breaded
Mashed potatoes with choices of toppings - carmelized onions, salsa, sour cream
Spinach Feta Quiche
Blintzes
Greek-style salad
Cheesecake for dessert
