I read an article this week in the Jewish Press about quinoa on Pesach. Does anyone eat quinoa on Pesach?

JEWISH PRESS CLICKY

STAR-K CLICKY the previous article refers to.

Regarding quinoa, the OU wrote, "Quinoa is not one of the five grains that can create chometz (wheat, oat, barley, spelt and rye). Nonetheless, there is a difference of opinion among rabbinic decisors as to whether quinoa is considered kitniyos (Ashkenazic custom is not to eat kitniyos on Pesach). We suggest asking your Orthodox rabbi if it is or is not kitniyos."

*kitniyon= beans, legumes, rice.

Yes, you can. It scares me too. The thing I found that what works for me is to be super organized and if things don't go according to schedule, not to get upset about it. To be flexible. Like our spontaneous trip to the supermarket when we were out already for something else. I didn't have my list with me and couldn't remember what I needed.
