Any other posts you have made will be ignored or deleted. Put all your effort into your post, make it outstanding and descriptive. The better it is the more likely of the chance you have. Responsibility - How well you handle being a part of the staff and being responsible for important tasks on the site. Also how well you use discretion by not sharing information with public members that is shared in the staff. Maturity - How well you work on a team with others and handling others constructively criticizing your ideas. Technical and Graphical Skills - Members that have technical or graphical skills are better at understanding what it takes to implement certain ideas, and can help weigh the benefits of ideas vs. what it would take to add them to the site. Also, members that have these skills may be asked to help out with various tasks that require these skills. Parental Skills - Parents that have experience with children are encouraged to send applications because they have a unique understanding of various considerations that should be made when improving and maintaining the site. This experience is extremely valuable to the goals of this staff, and in helping keep the site safe for everyone. Creative Writing - Members that are experienced and creative writers would be valuable in adding content to the site, and sharing ideas about adding or improving existing content. Age - Obviously, older members are more likely to have the required and optional qualifications. However, younger members are just as likely to be selected as a member of the staff, as long as you meet the required qualifications. Admin - Has strong inter-personal and communication skills, is familiar with the site and how it works, has a wide knowledge of coding or graphic skills. Can also hold large responsibilities and not abuse any power. Moderator - Has a wide mind of knowledge and understanding, can remember tasks, a good writing ability, a good balance of time. Keep that in mind when typing up your nominations, you are allowed to nominate your self along with other people. Be sure to post; to what you are for applying.

I Would Like To Be A Moderator Or Some Sort Of Graphics Staff. I Would Like To Submit A Application That Might Help You Finding Right Staff Members. 1 - What Would You Like To Be Called? 2 - Have You Worked As A Moderator/ Admin Before? 3 - What Position Would You Like? 4 - Have You Had Experience With This Job Before? 5 - How Many Hours A Day Will You Be On? 6 - Will You Help Advertise? 7 - What Makes You Fit For This Job? 8 - Are You Able To Access The Site On A Daily Bias? 9 - How Many Reports Do You Think You Could Take In A Day? 10 - Will You Activly Mod The Forums For Rule Infractions? 11 - How Active Are You On The Forums? 12 - Do You Know The Site Rules? 13 - How Organized Are You? 14 - Do You Have Any Ideas That May Inprove The Site?
