Hi folks, I'm new to all this modding stuff and it's pretty cool to look at the mods but when it comes to using them... I suck at it. I got the weapon swaps down but can someone explain in detail how to use non-texmods? I would reaaaaallly like that...boy. It must suck having ppl like me on this site asking retarded questions all the time - .- |

Nah, everyone had the same start, just check the tutorials in KB they are all that you need to know: This is the starting point, the model swapping guide: http://s1.zetaboards.com/InfernalWorks/topic/3440207/1/ You're gonna need it to use texture importing, which is most common and easy way of modding. This is the texture importing tutorial http://s1.zetaboards.com/InfernalWorks/topic/3614618/1/. Also a lot of the modders post all that you need for the mod to work, and if not they tell you what you need to invalidate(refer to model swapping guide )After that go to model scaling and editing effect, all the knowledge that you seek is in KB. Good luck and happy modding. |

Okay it worked but do you know where I can find a link to a larger faust hat mod? It makes Dante look bald and I thought it was cool when it blocked his eyes like in 'the Man of Darkness mod' if not thank you for helping me soooo much man, you're the best!! |

Dude, no need to double post. You can look a model scaling in KB to use on faust hat just make sure you read everything on the XYZ and you increase the values little by little so you don't mess up the model, have fun with modding. |
