Thanks, Krier, it so damn helpful! :D

...or not. I have to paste it into game folder, right?
Cuz nothing happens, game starts, I see a black window for a second... and EXE just stop working without any errors displayed.
Even if I turn it as Admin or something.

I know I'm a problematic child.

First: hm... what do you mean?
Second: Okay, I'll try that
Third: Nope. It's normal, not cracked exe. I don't use cracks.

Edit: I completely disabled (I hope) that 3 things you mentioned but nothing changed.
I have 2 DirectX (probably) DLLs in my DMC 3 main folder. They are: d3d9.dll from mod and d3dx9_43.dll, which is required to run game (otherwise it displays message that this DLL is necessary to do it).

Okay, I think I solved the problem. I removed d3d9.dll and game started magically working :D

Okay, as I have Win7 now, I'm using newest DX10 and DX9.0L (it replaces 9.0c in older games; it's used since Vista - if I remember it right).
I actually have game without that DRMs so it works without DVD. Yeah.

Hm, I think it was caused by d3d9.dll file, when I removed it - game started to work.
There's something with this file or my Windows just has something against that file.
