There was wiring hanging down that we missed the first time around. The blur was an object hanging high up that caused that effect. Nothing paranormal. I wasn't the one that went up there and I have been training new investigators so when it was brought to my attention I was curious and relying on their veiws. After looking into this I am glad that we could figure out exactly what it was.

One of our investigators took a photo and there was this odd wavy line that glowed on the photo. So I kept asking him to go back and check and make sure there was nothing there. I told him to recreate it and take the photo from the same angle. As soon as he got back into position he saw the ceiling fan string. lol
