So I know by experience that people can request an ability and get a staff member to approve it through your own little mini plot. Well what if instead of just PMing a staff member we have a forum for custom quests. This will allow many members to work together and if approved by a staff member even a normal member could control the NPC's so we don't over whelm the staff. What do ya think?
