Don't expect me to drastically change things in my own image, in fact, the first thing I'm doing is taking suggestions. So, each member (not staff), if you would, post a suggestion on what you'd like changed or added, or removed. No matter how long it is, I'll read and reply. The chatbox technically isn't the site's, it's Mariobasher's, or one of his alts MyZ something or another. He bought it for the site, but he owns it, I'll have to ask him about it before I can do anything about it. Only thing I could do is maybe expand it.

He started a literal riot on the site over the channel, claiming he was liberating himself from the staffs grasp. Which, was PERFECTLY OK because HE OWNED it. Now tell me, does HS REALLY NEED that kind of drama considering it's current condition? In my opinion, if MB really values the c-box AND the staff's authority over it, he'll relinquish his ownership to the head admin. I'm not saying he can't be and admin/mod on the c-box, but in all actuality he's not even here that much anymore. ----- Second. The staff here. Also just like the staff at RRR. They want to keep everything hush hush and then go crazy with the ban hammer when no one knows whats going on and makes topics about it. ((Even as a joke it's not very professional to ban people, and i'm assuming that since everyone wants a great HS revival, that the only way to do so IS TO ACT PROFESSIONAL)) I'm not saying open the staff forums for all to see, but the Staff has almost gotten to the point where it's... "Your here for OUR entertainment" no joke. I feel as though all the little intricate systems ((which I commend on an attempt to erase them)) make RPing here a sluggish "ok have I done this? and this? and that? and some of this? before I can hit that reply button. Ok. Now for my third point. HS needs a revival, there's no questioning that. But, with the current laidbackedness HS has it's not going to work. We're sloppy and disorganized, and fool around to much. I'm not saying to become supa crazeh lock down strict, but WE NEED ORGANIZATION AND BETTER BEHAVIOR IF WE ARE GOING TO ATTRACT QUALITY RPERS. For MB relinquishing his authority over the chatbox, I'm not going to demand it, it's entirely up to him. As for the staff, and HS's revival, this is what I'm already working on. I'm not going to lie, it's a long way off still. I'm trying to work on what can help it along. And I try not to act formal, better to act friendly and warm than professional and cold.

The reason the RP has declined is part in fact due to the dungeons. If dungeons didn't necessarily have requirements and were graded on quality, not quantity (ucwatididthar?), then maybe people will RP more. The issue is that no matter what happens, as long as you pass the requirements, then you get the stuff, but in my opinion, it should be similar to characters, the better, the more you get from it. But, yeah, too much focus is starting to go to quantity, but good RPing shouldn't have requirements. You should draw the line somewhere, but give a range or something so that we aren't so restricted on how we have to role play.
