Posts: 1,852 Group: Human Member Member #4 Joined: Jan 29, 2008 Char 1 Race Rito Char 1 Class Custom (Check My Profile) Char 1 Goddess Din Guild Forest of Peace and Destruction Char 1 Rupees 0 Char 1 Ranks 10	Please read below for information: Name: Self explanatory, just put your character's name here. First and last is generally better than just first. Race: Click here for information on the different Races on Hylian Shield. Gender: Male or Female? This is your character's gender, not yours (unless they are the same, obviously). Age: Make it realistic! A Hylian could never be 200 years old, but maybe a more magical race could. Class: Click here for information on classes. Goddess: Which is your patron goddess: Din, Nayru, or Farore? This isn't very important unless your class is Sorcerer or Agility, or if you plan to use custom skills designed by members. Instrument: Which instrument do you have? If you sing, fill this in with Voice. If you don't want any instrument, just fill this in with None or N/A, but be aware that this will also block you from using songs. Starting Location: You can start practically anywhere except Future Hyrule. While you can begin your quest in the Great Sea, you'll probably be stranded on an island. Guild: Can be edited when you join a Guild. Dungeon Items: Place the icons or names your dungeon items, and other significant items you've earned here. Armor and Weapons: This is quite simple. What weapons does your character have? Remember to make it appropriate for the class. A Sorcerer won't have a huge sword, though a Warrior might. And remember, your sword will NOT be the Master Sword, Magical Sword, other super special awesome Sword, etc. You aren't the hero of time or of anything. Get over yourself. Generally speaking, magical weapons aren't the sort of things you can start with. Techniques/Spells/Alchemies: Only when you have a Skill, Alchemy, or Spell. (Sorcerer's start with a single spell, and Alchemist start with an Alchemy, so make sure to put it here!) Make sure to edit this regularly when you get a skill/alchemy/spell. Songs: Songs that you have learned by Master Quest dungeon runs. List them the same way you list your Techniques. Appearance: This part is very important, as it will help other role players visualize your character and better interact with them. Make sure to really be descriptive, as we want to be able to picture your character completely. Personality: Also very important. How does your character act? If he or she doesn't like a Race, this would also be a good place to put it.We want to know your character very well, so please add a lot of detail to this. The better you describe their personality, the easier it is for others to know how to interact with them. Back Story: This part is NOT the most important like many believe. This may explain why your character acts the way they do, how they got where they are, and their past. A couple sentences will not cut it; We expect a lot of effort put into this part. Got all that? Good! Now, copy and and paste the clean sheet below and fill it out in a new topic! Also, be sure to put a link back to your profile both in your first post in your new "Rupees & Ranks thread" and in your sig. Do the later thing with companions and pets as well. Next up, see Preferences* up at the top of the page. Go there and into edit profile to edit in both your character(s) basic stats. (Rupees, Ranks, Race, etc..)
