Ok so I bought a Uway 150 and my camera issues are still crap..
I read all the reviews and reports on this camera. Major disappointment to say the least.
I now have 2 Stealth cams out of 6 I initially bought. 1540IRs two are still working.
I have a Skout 7 Stealth cam absolute junk just raged at Stealth cam they took it back and are sending me a different model for $38 more . Some sort of Black out Mode
l Hope it at least works the Skout at night took a picture you could not tell if it was a deer or a raccoon.
I bought a Moultrie 55dx so far this camera has been great awesome pictures and at night it has been out since October 20 and still shows 56% battery life.
I also have a stealth cam 1430IR it has been problematic on and off seems if i bring it inside when it has issues leave it for a day or so it works for a couple weeks then starts having issues again.
So onto the Uway I put it out sort of in a hurry to test it so I left my Stealth Cam 1430 out on the same tree 6 inches above the Uway. After three days the Stealth has 746 pictures the Uway 75 pictures.
It is set on High sensitivity it did not even take a picture of me driving in on the ATV.
There are pictures on the Stealth cam of 10 does in one shot not a photo on the Uway..
Sad thing is Rick from Just Us Hunting just bought I believe three of them he is going to check them tonight. Really i said does not matter as you have no idea if it took 100 pictures you would think man that is great. as you have no idea how many it missed. I would bet if you put some other camera with it you may be sorrily disappointed as well. Man I hate junk.
I just can't see spending 300$ on a Cuddibac or Reconix when I don't need anything fancy just a IR camera that takes Pictures don't need Video or anything.
Don't know what camera to try next.. maybe just stick with the Moultrie. cens cens help33 ssscc ssscc

Just sent my uway back...apparently mine was one of 7 of over 700 sold that had problems...go figure I would get one. I think I am going to start a video blog of my trail cam woes...perhaps film myself going loco on some, maybe smashing them with a baseball bat or shooting one to pieces. Then put it on YouTube for the world to see what a piece of crap some are. I am soooo sick of waiting my money on garbage. Most I have bought work great for the first two or three months then go to crap. I feal your pain Karl.

that sucks. I have the uway nx50, love it, great cam, awesome on batteries. My stealth sucks, the old moultri IR40's still going strong, great battery lfe, things have thousands and thousands of pics on them and going strong. Uway is a year old now and working great. Sucks your having such bad luck. Anyone have any old IR40's they want to sell?

Well for sure I am thinking on Moultrie. Ya a you tube video that is a great idea.
Too Bad I threw out 5 camera's already..I could have smashed them all.
Jim Shockey must have 50 stealth cams to get 4 to work wonder if he buys them.. LOL Ya right..
I must say that the Moutrie so far so good . I did have moutries years ago they were flash camera's and ate batteries like chips.. But this new one I am thinking d55irxt is the one to go to. I will see after a couple months..
