I hope your camera is in a security box,had my camera mounted on a 5/8" thick piece of rebar and the bear bent the bar to the ground to get to my camera,luckily no damage.
If it's got fur,feathers or scales it's in trouble

We had lots of pictures of my sons bears behind.Thats how we knew what direction he was coming to the bait from.Everytime he would hit the bait he would stop right at the camera as if he wanted to show us his A$$
