I just wanted to post something about how great the customer service is at Excalibur! They are well known for looking after their customers and now I have seen it first hand.Last saturday while target shooting with my exomax one of the limbs exploded. I took it back to the nook in town and they sent it to Excalibur to be fixed. They replaced both limbs and the dissipator pads and I got it back today just five business days later.Personally I think your crazy to use another type of crossbow when you get service like that from a Canadian company.Thank you again Excalibur! It was making a very slight clicking noise at about half cock.I didn't think anything of it and after about thirty or so more shots it just blew up.The one limb was split in half and splinters flew all over the place.Luckily I wasn't hit with any of them, thats the main thing. At the archers nook in town here they said they had never seen a limb blow up like that ever and they have sold thousands of crossbows over the years. It's good to read that you were not hurt and a big thank you goes out too Excalibur. I myself would drop Excalibur a letter thanking them for a quick response to fixing your bow. There is no other company that would do that. |

I dropped my Excalibur Phoenix 21 feet down on to the ground while it was loaded accidentally , the crossbow did NOT fire when it hit the ground and when I brought it home I took a shot at 15 yards and it was dead on the target and not a piece was broken, they really are an amazing product |
