Well my son was bugging me to go coyote hunting since he didn't get to go with me last week.

Decided what the heck its a nice night, pack up some goodies and lets go.

Didn't expect to see much with the level of noise he was generating with all his goodie treats....lol

Out just over 350 yards I spot a Yote but he does not want to come any closer with the call, I noticed he has something in his mouth, so figured he wouldn't come closer...

I let him sit there for a bit and after texting a few buddies about the situation, they all told me to get off my ass and let the shot rip....

Gave the Nikon Rangfinder to junior and told him to find the Yote within the crosshairs and give me a distance....he told me 3-2-9 yard dad...I said thanks and let the shot go....the rest was history..

After a bunch of high fives and hugs, we headed down the field to find our dead predator...

Have to admit, this was a pretty special night with my 7 year old...hope many more to come...

The carcass got dragged about 400yrds from where I shot them last week.... omg1
