Were back out after the coyotes this morning. The guys had seen a couple late last night go into an area so we knew they would be close by or in the same block this morning. At daybreak one of the guys spotted 3 coyotes in the block so we surrounded it and sat and watched for awhile to make sure they didnt leave.Ihad noticed one was working his way slowly up a cedar row towards the road I was sitting on so I wailked in about 100 yards or so and sat.I then watched him head into an area where there was a bunch of grape rows and on the other side was a pond and another thick Cedar row.I told the guys on the radios which direction he was headed .Austin was out again today with his Dad,I guess after that little bit of excitement yesterday he wanted more.So we decided to give him more .His dad sent him in towards the pond and about 15 minutes later Austin had shot his second coyote in as many days. This one was with the shotgun also at 40 yards.Great shot and a nice coyote too a big male.Posted Image
