Was talking with my taxidermy form supplier last week and he told me of a friend also a taxidermist who shot this....... a 926lb. BEAR... yes, with a bow non the less!!! he is keeping it under the covers for now but ... CAN YOU AMAGINE THAT!!!! I was told the fat in the skin was 12 inches thick and you could put a 500 lb bear in its belly. If i get any more info or pics on it i will post but it came from a very reliable source who is good friends with the fellow who shot it. shot it north of the french river last week. COOL.... |
