Appearance: Brown bright eyes, straight hair groomed backwards, an attentive look with a welcoming smile was how Wintrow usually was around people. As a medical student, he wore a semi formal outfit, a plain shirt and darker trousers, wearingthe typical white coat most of the time. . Generaly he is tought to be very carefull and professional with hospital aquired infection, as he always keeps at least his left hand glove. Outside, or when travelling, he wears black resistant gloves in both hands, most of the time, and a dark hooded long coat. He's fit, compact built.

Hatsu Theme: Pandora's box (パンドラの箱)
General Hatsu Description: Wintrow's aura is able to control the properties of infectious virus, microbes and small multicelluar parasites, being able to modelate their agressivity, virulence and growth.
These infectious agent, by the ability to cause damage can be divided in three classes: 1- Non-pathogenic in the environment- , can't penetrate skin, need intensive stimulation (from Wintrow's nen) or massive and repetive ammount) and contact with oponent's "inside" (wound, aspiration through to the respiratory or digestive tract) to cause disease, and are found everywhere, need a open wound (cut, insect bite) or to be ingested, needs direct contact with wintrow to cause disease;2- pathogenic environment microbes- present in specific vectors (insects and blood sucking) in tropical and subtropical areas, contaminated swams and stagnant water and venomous rare plants- they all need too a open wound, ingested or to be rubbed, to be infective, as they have intrisically virulent; 3- fulminant organisms- very rarelly found in the environment, only very unique organisms can carry them, or isolated in laboratory- these one can by themselves create a path and infect the organism.
Contamination of water scources, food scources or vectors are all routes to be contaminated by this ability plus a pathogenic species.
General Hatsu Conditions: There are several conditions he needs to fulfil: extensive knowledge of the microbe, the presence of the specimen, and that he is close in contact with it. Depending on the class, different conditions apply.

I removed it from general description.

Added the conditions to "As those parasites feed directly on wintrow's aura, he gets more tired everytime he uses"

And added a nen tech rank 5, suportive, manip, stating he is immune every infection he can nurture, and that Wintrow controls the migration of microorganisms, if he pulls them to him, he can stop the progression of a current infection, if he pulls them to a place near whim, he can concentrate them in nearby spot (2 metters)

I'll approve Inside Corruption, but I would like to see Symbiotic Theocracy be rethought a little. Condition-wise, there's basically nothing, while it grants him both immunity to bacteria and free control over them within range. For starters I would like to see it be at least r4, and be given more complexity/difficulty of use than what you have now either through conditions or through application.

I think a good way to go about this might be to limit the ability to a single hand. Meaning that he can collect and maintain microbes about this hand through constant manipulation, but the rest of his body is still susceptible. So, he could apply the cultured microbes with a touch, or collect them from a target through physical contact. A good condition that could stem from that might be that the act of drawing microbes to this hand is draining, and that he needs to keep the hand gloved most of the time to prevent accidental infection.

If you don't like that suggestion, I understand, but I think that it would make for a more HxH-like ability than what you have now. I say this because free control within a radius, and the ability to culture them around his entire body is going to cost you more - both condition and rank-wise. Anyways, if you want to work this out, maybe we can discuss it further through PM.

I edited the way you suggested.

Symbiotic theocracy is now restricted to one hand (both immunity and culture ability), must be gloved most of the times (edited the appearence too) and the hand drain is only able when there is physical contact.

Apply a cooldown for the microbe absorbing ability, and also a duration that tells us how long it takes to absorb from the typical wound. Do that, and it should be good.
