Name: Chesnut ‘Chi’ Stoddard Gender: Female Age: 16 Height: 5’5” Weight: 115 lb Appearance: Chi is a pretty, slender girl of fair height with pale skin and chestnut brown hair which she keeps well groomed every morning, never allowing it to grow below the upper portion of the back of her neck or for the bangs to hang past eyebrow level. These long bangs are always combed to the side to leave the right corner of her forehead bare, and she keeps a small red hairclip right above that spot to prevent it from falling back into place and to keep her hair from becoming too easily disheveled. Chi’s hairstyle is specifically meant to accentuate her deep yellow eyes which she always adorns with a couple layers of red-violet makeup to further emphasize her beauty. Chi has a thin nose and mouth in contrast to her comparably large eyes and she always coats her face in a thin layer of makeup when in the company of others- even her closest friends. It has been said, mostly jokingly, that Chi can be mistaken for a different person when not wearing makeup.
For standard clothing, Chi wears a yellow, short-sleeved dress with three red buttons in stomach region that hangs a few inches below her waist. Above her dress she wears a small, sleeveless, tan-colored vest that hangs open in the front with no buttons and two yellow and black pins, one large and one small, placed over the right breast. Covering her legs are a pair of smooth pantyhose, which are surprising flexible and durable given that they are much more difficult to tear than ordinary pairs. For footwear, she prefers to wear a pair of fancy yellow high heels which only touch the soles of her feet, being kept attached by various straps near the toes and around the lower shins. Even in high heels, Chi is a formidable martial artist and is quite capable of fighting in them; though they can be disadvantageous and she may at times wear a more convenient pair of yellow sneakers with black laces instead when expecting a challenge. While those may be her preferred clothes when doing any sort of physical activity or when going out, Chi is also a fan of fashion and will wear all sorts of designer clothing and shoes if she has the opportunity and thinks they look good.
Birthday: September 9th Personality: Chi is very fickle, having a tenancy to flaunt about like a spoiled rich girl and to be overconfident. She refuses to eat or wear anything but the highest quality foods and clothes available and tends to put a lot of time into her appearance; almost always spending nearly a hour dressing herself and applying makeup each morning. She is quick to wave around her wealth or to act rashly as if deserving of respect because of it. For this reason, many would call her spoiled and bratty as a result of poor upbringing, but, in reality, Chi is actually a very experienced individual for someone her age and, as many would say, has by all means earned her position as an adopted daughter of the renowned martial artist Zen Stoddard through years of hard, downright extreme training.
Despite her ego and spoiled demeanor, she is a very capable and intelligent person that only a fool would dare to cross. While often trying to act noble or cool, she can be easily angered when something doesn’t go her way and is prone to brief temper tantrums as a result. She sees herself as someone that many others look up to because of both her abilities and her position, so she will often try to take charge of any groups she is a member of and can become firm or strong when the need arises. Still, her selfish tenancies and rashness very often get in the way of her desire to be a good role model.
Origin: Born Chesnut Bell, Chi began her life in the slums of Rokario. She remembers very little of her early life other than the fact that her father was a drunk neck-deep in debt and that things were rather unpleasant until he was killed by those he owed money to and she was swept into a crowded, underfunded orphanage by the government. From that point, her life became even more miserable as she and her fellow orphans were given barely enough food to survive on. Eventually, however, she was adopted into the home of a certain politician, and found herself to be only one of more than a hundred children in his home.
She was soon told by her new caretakers of a legendary martial artist known as Zen Stoddard, whose great deeds have helped him become known as one of the most powerful- and richest- men in the world. Having had his heart broken following his only daughter’s death, Ren had become famous in Rokario for taking in any children who’ve proven themselves to have high potential as both a disciple and a full-fledged heir, paying a large sum to those they are adopted from. Across the nation and even some others, numerous individuals have made a business of collecting children with talent and forcing them to undergo severe training every day in order to build up their physical and mental ability in hopes of making them talented enough to gain Zen’s interest and adopted by him.
From the age of five onwards, Chi was subjected to training that put military boot camps to shame. On the first week she arrived, she was forced to awaken hours before dawn and carry increasingly heavy weights while running for five nonstop miles every day. Her daily routine became worse as the day went on, being trained to wield a variety of weapons and martial arts, being beaten senseless by adult trainers in order to increase her tolerance to pain, and being forced to complete mind-numbing challenges designed to test her mental skills and will to live. To top it all off, the children were only allowed to sleep late in the evening if they could defeat one another in one on one combat three times- frequently turning their relationships with one another a powerful rivalry just to have the chance to sleep at night.
The training was so harsh that many died of exhaustion as time went by after having their will to live shattered. Still, some, like Chi, continued to push on through the challenges, allured by the promises of an extravagant life which awaiting them should they succeed in passing. Finally, at the age of thirteen, Chi was scouted by Zen’s aids and was given the opportunity to prove herself as being worthy of becoming a member of Zen’s family. At the age of 14, she had been officially adopted and soon moved to into her new father’s palace where she was pampered like a goddess as her training continued under his disciples and she was taught various secret martial art forms, though it became much less extreme compared to before.

Racer 0.27 (Rank G): The Racer 0.27 is a custom tailored bicycle build specifically for the needs of the treasure Hunter known by the alias ,Windfall‘. He has offered it for sale after he started working on the Racer 0.28.Designed for the needs of a hunter the 0.27 is foldable to a size that can be carried in a backpack and made from a light material that can easily withstand the forces working upon it when a hunter uses it. It is capable of cross country drives on any dry ground but excels on streets while it is also possible to use the Racer 0.27 on soft and wet ground that makes its use much harder and slows down the user considerably to the point that walking might be the faster choice. All in all the 0.27 allows its user to travel much faster but makes it harder to change direction while speeding. As described above it works better on terrain types of surface than others: an open, flat and dry surface is the perfect while a soft, wet ground with many obstacles is the worst possible choice. Obviously it works only on land.

Pumpkin Summoning Stone (Consumable): Concentrating one’s aura on this item for a few moments will summon a pair of mutated pumpkins as big as large dogs; having cracked shells which give them Jack-o-lantern faces as well as six long, thorny, whip-like vines growing from their stalks that they use to walk and for combat. [44/53]
Technique Name: Stoddard Family Martial Repertoire Technique Category: Martial Arts Type: Supportive Range: Self Technique Rank: 8 Description: In the Republic of Rokario, East and West Goruto, and some other nations, a number of politicians and other wealthy individuals have made a hobby of adopting countless young orphans in order to subject them to immense physical conditioning and basic combat training that would leave even most grown men quickly overwhelmed; a number of which even die in the process. The reason for this is the world-renowned martial artist Zen Stoddard, who offers to pay great amounts in exchange for the privilege to adopt the most exceptionally talented of these children. With a success rate well under 1%, it is said that the very few who are adopted into Stoddard Family are elites of immense talent and skill; feared as legends in the world of martial arts.
Furthermore, upon being adopted, the Zen Stoddard’s children are taught a wide variety of martial arts, both soft and hard, by the best instructors money can buy; Karate, Krav Maga, Aikido, Iron Palm, Hei Hu Quan, Tai Chi, Jiu-jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, and more. They are skilled enough in these forms to easily defeat even black belts in those same forms; although they typically specialize and rely on a single 'style'. They are also taught to proficiently wield a variety of weapons, such as bows and arrows, swords, and polearms or staves. Chesnut, in particular, is especially talented in Tae Kwon Do, as well as being proficient in fencing and bojutsu.
Technique Name: Phoenix Kick Technique Category: Martial Arts; Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: 4 Meters Technique Rank: 16 Description: A powerful kick which pushes the air before it forward with explosive force to greatly extend its range and destructive power. The user starts off in a semi-crouched stance with their foot pushed firmly into the ground before bringing up their leg quickly and powerfully as they perform the kick, often creating cracks or a large pothole in the ground where their foot had just been. Using this technique places great strain on the user’s leg muscles so repeated use is very difficult and can be dangerous to the user.
Technique Name: Five Point Needle Palm Technique Category: Martial Arts Type: Offensive Range: N/A Technique Rank: 10 Description: A special, very difficult technique developed by Chi’s father using accuracy, skill, and precision as opposed to power or speed. This technique is essentially a Palm Strike where the entire force of the attack is focused into a small, needlelike point in the center of the palm. Upon striking, the user will quickly withdraw their arm and then thrust it back to strike the same point several times with such rapidity that they seem practically simultaneous. The force of the repeated strikes at the same point causes great damage to a small area, capable, for instance, of easily shattering small sections of bones where it strikes at Chi’s current level. The number of points in this technique refers to the number of repeated strikes that can be performed in an instant, requiring improved skill and technique to increase but becoming stronger with each added point.
Technique Name: Front Snap Kick Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 1 Description: A simple, yet dangerous move where the user quickly brings up their leg and thrusts it to deliver a fast front kick into their opponent’s torso and knock them backwards. Its power is not especially deadly, but its true merit lies in its suddenness and ability to catch an opponent by surprise and slip through their guard.
Technique Name: Triple Combo Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 2 Description: A basic, but effective combo where, in rapid succession, the user attacks the opponent’s upper body in close range with a right jab and then a reverse punch in order force them to guard their and then suddenly pivots backwards before jumping up to deliver a mid-air back kick into their center.
Technique Name: Hoe Grab Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive/Supportive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 2 Description: Jumping, the user feints a reverse kick in order to grab them by the arm with the attacking leg, locking the limb, then pulling themselves upwards while kneeing the opponent in the side of the head with their other leg. From this position, the user can throw the opponent to the ground or follow up with a close range kick.

Technique Name: Spinning Hook Kick Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 2 Description: A basic kicking technique where the user pivots counterclockwise on one leg, bringing up the other in order to slam the heel of their foot into the side of the opponent’s head.
Technique Name: Spinning Top Kick Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 4 (Branched from Spinning Hook Kick) Description: Beginning in a stance with their back to the opponent while in midair, the user suddenly turns 360 degrees while delivering a kick to the opponent’s face at high speed, smashing them downwards and sideways.

Technique Name: Guard Breaker Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 4 (Branched from Spinning Hook Kick) Description: A technique that originally appears to be a simple hook kick, except it is far more precise, and the user directs their foot to slip between the opponent’s guard and pull downwards in order break apart their stance and leave them open for attack. From there, the user could bring up their other leg to strike them in the head or follow up with some other move.

[44/53]Techniques Technique Name: Stoddard Family Martial Repertoire Technique Category: Martial Arts Type: Supportive Range: Self Technique Rank: 8 Description: In the Republic of Rokario, East and West Goruto, and some other nations, a number of politicians and other wealthy individuals have made a hobby of adopting countless young orphans in order to subject them to immense physical conditioning and basic combat training that would leave even most grown men quickly overwhelmed; a number of which even die in the process. Hoe Grab Technique Name: Spinning Hook Kick Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 2 Description: A basic kicking technique where the user pivots counterclockwise on one leg, bringing up the other in order to slam the heel of their foot into the side of the opponent’s head. Spinning Top Kick Technique Name: Guard Breaker Technique Category: Tae Kwon Do Type: Offensive Range: Melee Technique Rank: 4 (Branched from Spinning Hook Kick) Description: A technique that originally appears to be a simple hook kick, except it is far more precise, and the user directs their foot to slip between the opponent’s guard and pull downwards in order break apart their stance and leave them open for attack. From there, the user could bring up their other leg to strike them in the head or follow up with some other move. Guard Breaker
