I don't think 'as long as he has nen' should really count as a condition as much as something which should be obvious. I don't understand the point behind Remote Yo-yo's effect. It sounds like something you just randomly added, whereas being able to freely control the weapons' movements seems like it should be plenty on its own.

For Tracker Yo-yo, do you mean that one yo-yo automatically attacks nen-covered areas while the other attacks non-nen on their own, or that they only explode when they come into contact with those areas. If its the latter, it doesn't really sound like Manipulation.

For conditions, how about setting up some prerequisite that he has to be meet? Let's say to activate Remote Yo-yo he needs to perform a special trick with them while in battle, and then the duration lasts for a couple posts afterwards.

removed the first nen-move, didn't know that i can move my yo-yo without a move, sorry
and for the second move i turn it into tracking and defensive move that work when confront or have and trace of the person iam tracking, and the second yoyo can trace the non-nen objects that i have trace of for example if iam tracing a an animal if i have a hair or a foot trace, if iam tracing a book i should have a paper, etc, and for defensive it can block bullets, arrows but in the same condition that i have one of these bullets, arrow, etc

Ok, a few things:
Condition 2: can attack only visible enemies
-Again, I think this is something that should go without saying. It'd be hard to attack someone if you don't know where they are.

Condition 3: once the attack lunched can't be redirect to another target
-Considering how fast you claim the ability to be, I don't think that's much of a limitation either.

Condition 4: can only attack one target
-You could use some clarification here. Do you mean that once he's activated the ability, he can only use the yo-yos against a single person no matter how many opponents he's up against? Or that when he's attacking with them, the yo-yo could only physically strike one person at a time. The latter would also go without saying. In the case of the former, how would he declare his target and what would prevent him from just changing it when he moves to attack someone else?

With that all said, I still want to see some form of activation condition that needs to be met and a duration. What you have now basically implies he can move his yo-yos at crazy high speeds whenever he wants for as long as he wants as long as he has aura in his hands. If you don't want to require that he activate the ability in some way and instead make it a natural part of his fighting style, that's fine, but you'll need to give something else up as a limitation in exchange.

done added activation way, and 2 restrictions and 2 normal condition

and added an arsenal piece if possible if not i'll remove it
