((So, it seems I missed a section of the nen-guide topic; where it specifically explained the AP system (Ironic since it's at the last part :/). Because I didn't know of this, I simply assumed that TP was used after the AP was depleted. Now, I would really like to remake my hatsus since I don't want to wait for 60 good-quality threads before getting my char's Specialization hatsu. These hatsus were hard to balance and rank since they are a bit more complicated than the former ones, but I hope that they aren't ranked/balanced wrong :). Also, I swear that this time, I've read all the guides/rules three times now; just to be sure that I don't miss anything else I might regret.))
((PS: I'm already in a thread, so do I just continue with my previous hatsus in there? I think that would make it easier for me and Artisan, since I already used the former-hatsus a few times in there.)) -

Adjustment:
The new Specialist Hatsu Technique Name: Bloody Blood Time. Technique Category: Specialization. Type: Supportive. Technique Rank: Rank 4. Description: Lukas can convert objects in-to blood, he can then use that blood to make certain things, the blood gets a rubber-like texture after converting it. If an object has been converted and Lukas can put all the blood in single place (almost impossible unless, he only has converted one object since it has to be the exact same blood), he can turn the blood back to said object. If only a part of an object was converted, the object will have to be almost exactly like after the blood was converted.
Conditions:
1. To convert something to blood, Lukas must touch it with his hand. The blood converted will convert everything near it to blood, this is how a full object can be converted. However, the longer blood is being converted, the slower the conversion becomes. A basketball would take roughly about five seconds, where as a car would take from 30 minutes to an hour, but even then it would be impossible since it would exceed the maximum amount of blood. The smaller the object, the faster it goes. Even if converting the same amount of blood with a bigger object.
2. The object can not be moving at a fast speed (Arrow, bullet, sword/katana slash, etc..) unless it was grabbed and held for a few seconds. Also, an object with nen around can not be affected by his ability. (Conjured weapons, cloth while using ten, items made by nen-geniuses, etc...)
3. For now the blood can only be manipulated in-to three certain things: -A/several whips that can slash foes, these must be attached to his body. -The blood bursts him away by either manipulating his own blood to do so (he has to make the spot bleed first), or by having blood attached to that certain spot of his body.. -Other than that Lukas can manipulate the blood in a way so it isn't "freeroam", for example: He can't make whips attack mid-air while they are not attached to his body. Basically he can only manipulate them to move around, but can't utilize it until it's attached to him first
Range: It depends on how much blood he has and what he is using the blood for. But I guess the maximum distance he can manipulate his blood to is up to 5 meters. He can convert/manipulate up to a max of 2.5 units/liters, 1 unit amounts to about 2 basketballs. Converting more blood than the max replaces blood. (Tell me if you think his own blood should count in the manipulation maximum, or not)
Effect: If using Shuu, a slash from some "solid" blood will feel slightly more painful than a whip slash. If not using Shuu, then it would be less. A burst would push him at a fast speed.
Cooldown: 2 Posts.

Technique Name: A Bloody Blink.
Technique Category: Specialization.
Type: Defensive.
Technique Rank: Rank 2.
Description: By placing a mark of blood on the ground, Lukas can switch places with it whenever he wants. Instantly after switching places, the mark instantly uses a modified version "Bloody Blood Time" ; this version converts a blood replica (it looks like Lukas only on the outside) of Lukas faster than most eye can see, thus making it seem like an illusion of Lukas. It also can convert air to blood if necessary (which is mostly the case). The blood illusion also tricks the victim by converting its inner blood in-to "fake aura" of Lukas, note that this aura only feels like it's real and can not be used for anything else (Hatsu, ren, ten, etc..). Just as they switch places, Lukas gains an instant invisibility and his aura is concealed.
Conditions:
1. Only three marks may be up at the same time, trying to make fourth will destroy the "first" mark made and will replace it. After a mark has been destroyed it is kept in an invisible log that not even Lukas can see, and shall a "destroyed" mark be attempted to use, all marks will be "destroyed". A mark can only be completely erased from the log by Lukas palm covering the mark. A mark may only be used once, after that it is "destroyed".
2. To use a mark, Lukas must chant the name of the object/place the mark is placed on three times, this can be done in his mind or voice. Each time must have a second pause. Also, if more than one mark is place on the same same object and the chanting is very simple, like "ground", then the mark that is used will be selected by random. If both a "destroyed" and active mark are on the "ground", then this counts as attempting to use a destroyed mark. Also, Lukas can not manipulate the blood mark to switch positions, but may manipulate the remaining blood of an expired blood illusion.
3. The invisibility and blood illusion duration's are the same, however they both depend on how long time there has gone since Lukas first placed the mark 'till he used it (1 post = 1 second). While the hatsu is on, Lukas may not hurt anyone in any way, the illusion hurting someone does not count as breaking this rule. Failing to meet this condition will make him go unconscious for one night, reliving the events of his friends deaths via a dream.
4. To place a blood mark, all that has to be done is chant the sentence "This is a blood mark" while spilling some blood on an object/place. The amount of blood is non-significant, but has to be done with his own blood.
Range: A mark can be set anywhere on the map of the world, but Lukas can only use it if it is in a 20 meters radius.
Effect: Grants Lukas the ability to "teleport" to a blood mark, while making an "illusion" at his former place. He gains invisibility and "In" for the same time as the illusion. Even if the illusion is destroyed, the invisibility will still be on until it reaches the time it and the illusion were supposed to expire at. Lukas can control this illusion, even if it is over the max blood limit; but the attacks that the illusion produce are very weak (Around the average human in terms of danger).
Cooldown: 4 Posts.

Previous Hatsu Hatsu Name: Gun blades Type: Offensive Hatsu Category: Conjuration Hatsu Rank: Rank 3 Description: Lukas is able to conjure twin guns that can switch from being guns to being small-blades at his will, thus changing their structure over a few seconds at his will. The weapon is enhanced by his nen (Shuu). Conditions: Lukas must have a rosario bracelet on each wrist to be able to conjure the gun-blades, or one rosario bracelet if he's only conjuring one of them. Lukas can only use nen-cojured bullets that he has conjured himself, as there is no "reload" option in it's gun-form; so even if he wanted to use other bullets, he simply can't. Range: It can shoot bullets as long as a normal gun, and can be conjured only within 5 metres. Effect: Depending on the bullets Lukas makes, the damage of the gun-form varies, the nen on the gun does not affect the bullet except for velocity and force behind the shot. If it's in blade-form, it becomes sharper and more "forceful" than your average blade. Cooldown: 2 posts.
Hatsu Name: Nen Bullets. Type: Offensive. Hatsu Category: Conuration. Hatsu Rank: Rank 5. Description: Lukas is conjure to make nen-enhanced bullets. ((He can change the abilities, but for now it's just normal nen-enchanced bullets)) Conditions: They must be conjured inside his gun blades/blade while they/it's are in gun-form. Range: Inside his gun blades only, but if shot then they can reach as far as the normal bullets. Effect: The bullets do a bit more damage than the average .357 bullets. Cooldown: ((It is conjured "off post" as it would be kind of weird to write every time a new bullet is conjure, but if you absolutely want... 2posts))
