[Approved] [Approved] I miscomprehended the AP system D:; :/ Help.

((So, it seems I missed a section of the nen-guide topic; where it specifically explained the AP system (Ironic since it's at the last part :/). Because I didn't know of this, I simply assumed that TP was used after the AP was depleted. Now, I would really like to remake my hatsus since I don't want to wait for 60 good-quality threads before getting my char's Specialization hatsu. These hatsus were hard to balance and rank since they are a bit more complicated than the former ones, but I hope that they aren't ranked/balanced wrong :). Also, I swear that this time, I've read all the guides/rules three times now; just to be sure that I don't miss anything else I might regret.))

((PS: I'm already in a thread, so do I just continue with my previous hatsus in there? I think that would make it easier for me and Artisan, since I already used the former-hatsus a few times in there.))

Name: Lukas Weilmann

Adjustment:

The new Specialist Hatsu

Previous Versions:

Previous Hatsu

Thanks: Again everyone~ Though, a few extra thanks to Zunga for being so casual and nice about this when I PM'ed him :D

Just keep using your old ones in your active thread, unless you can explain the change in it.

Bloody Blood Time: I'd say this is well under ranked considering how versatile you describe it. From what I can tell, it has 2 parts: freely manipulating blood and turning items into blood in order to increase your supply of it. Its a bit like Morel's Deep Purple so I'll say r3 for now, maybe r2 depending on the extent of versatility.

Condition 1: To convert something to blood, Lukas must touch it with his hand. The blood converted will convert everything near it to blood, this is how a full object can be converted. However, the longer blood is being converted, the slower the conversion becomes.

-You need to specify how long it takes to convert, or at least give us some examples to follow. How long would it take to convert a basketball? A whole car? Additionally, you need to specify a maximum amount of blood that he can create/manipulate at once. Perhaps tie these together by creating basic unit sizes and describing what can be done with different numbers of units. You can then increase the amount he can manipulate by investing TP later.

I want to see more description for how the blood can be manipulated. What you have now is very vague, basically just telling us that he can do whatever he wants with it. Give us more examples, more to go off of.

Just edited, and I hope it's better now. Although, I'm curious if there is a way to make it R4? Seeing as that I can't have both abilities if it's R3. Is there anything else I can downgrade to make it R4?

Pssst, it's me, Artisan

We can end the thread where it is now. And continue the next one with your new abilities. Sound good?

If you want to make the ability rank 4, you would likely need to limit it to accomplishing a certain effect rather than freeform control. For example, making a whip out of blood or propelling himself with it as opposed to your current description which basically implies that he can do those plus anything he imagines. Basically, a freeform power like that is naturally going to cost you more.

I edited it as to how you said, and I hope it's not too confusing. I hope that's okay to make it a Rank 4, since I rather wait for the TP to UP the ability :D

Why is Bloody Blink's cool down 4-5? I would think it should be a set number so we know how long it takes before you can reuse it.

Take out the shield part of Bloody Blood Time and I'll accept it as a r4.

It's because I didn't know which one would be best balancing wise.

Anyways, set the Post cooldown to 4 and removed the shield part from bloody blood time. (Set the CL to 2 posts to make it a set number, but will change it to 3 if you want. Same goes for Bloody Blink with the 4-5 CL)
